The lightweight hero at the core of my business.
What do you like best about the product?
The greatest feature of the Phrase TMS suite is its cloud-based, lightweight nature. Compared to some other, maybe more robust solutions, its simplicity speeds up my whole work process by a lot. And the best thing is I do not feel like I am missing any features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate greater integration of the Termbase management into the editor, as well as improved search through TMs in the editor. I understand though that it is a tall order to implement this right without hurting the lightweight feel of the editor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a freelance translator and I use Phrase TMS to manage all my translations. I also use it because of its great and simple integration of CAT tools and MT engines.

What do you like best about the product?
Segmentation, commenting, and QA are seamless and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cursor sometimes gets heavy when working with target Arabic text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phrase TMS is streamlining the translation process from project hand-off to project delivery. As an Arabic translator and QA reviewer, I find a robust web solution like Phrase TMS time-saving and productive.
Great Ease in Translating with Phrase
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, intuitive and very reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I did not find any particular downfalls with using Phrase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With its database, I can be very consistent when I translate some parts or some texts I already translated before, without losing time to search in my notes.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface. It makes work easy and joyful. The line separation makes work much more manageable. In general, the use of colours makes the completed parts traceable and helps manage the total document better,
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the line separation is not helpful in Greek, In such cases, a view of the total target document or of the original document would be helpful, ion order to understand what kind of phrase is being structured. This would also be helpful in order to distinguish genders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Translation of documents with large volumes.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature is to have your work safer, despite any internet instability.
You can remain in your work with no fear about losing anything, even during offline stages. This is great, since keep you free of stress about reworks.
But also the tool is both easy and complete, you have all you need to be confident and to do your best.
I can't say enough but I'm sure about how good it is.

What do you dislike about the product?
During the job QA, specially huge files, is hard to click on every "ignore" field. Would be great if we had a tool to "ignore all" instead of click in every line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My performance was improved, I'm more confident about huge files despite any internet instability, also the easy-to-use-dashboard made my translation process easier.

- TMS interface seems messy and cluttered when you have several projects
- Unproductive way of accepting projects (need to click on each file and accept one by one)
- Tagging system is not the best, lacks some resources

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to use, I don't need to download heavy software or buy/apply licenses, I can use it on multiple PCs, it doesn't freeze, the Find and Replace feature is really good and enhances productivity
So much easier to use than similar products

Actually using Phrase TMS either online or offline - that's what I like best about the product.

Sometimes, it's possible to get tangled up finding my project.

Its a great experience and helps me work fast and in a timely manner.

I like Phrase because its an amazing tool of work specially for translation because it keeps me up to date with the vocabularies and allow me a fast way of working.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well for me the downsides of this tool called Phrase is because every work that I finish in case I do something wrong I wont be able to go back and fix it, I would like a small feature that can tell me like "Are you sre to complete this work and close your access to Phrase once completed" something like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well Phrase help me to solve all the problems that I could have with a Machine tranbslation because it detects it on time and allow me to fix, any sentences that is wrong and help me manage better the translation itself.

Quality of translation and the use of TM.
Effective tool for translating documents with repetition
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to standardize vocabulary or fixed phrases. And also very easy to change the translation for those. The QA phase gives warning to different translations for a certain text, but still allows for those differences to remain, depending on the decision by the translator.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it only deals with text sentences, sometimes it's hard to see the context that is implied in the position of a sentence or the texts are referring to a graph or a figure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes standardized translation very easy. This is a real time-saver. Retrieving similar sentences from other parts of a document is helpful too. Automatic glossary feature is a time-saver, as well as a trouble-saver.
