Great tool with intuitive interface
What do you like best about the product?
One of the notable strengths of Phrase TMS is its user-friendly interface. Navigating through the platform and accessing various features is intuitive, even for those with limited technical knowledge. The clean and organized layout makes it easy to manage translation projects, collaborate with team members, and handle terminology efficiently. Additionally, the responsive design ensures seamless usability across different devices, enhancing productivity for translators on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
The glossary management seems to cost extra and is difficult to manage with a freelance subscription. I think the price calculation for a freelance translator should be different form small and medium-sized companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creative translation work as well as general and more technical translations thanks to a great user-interface. I can work super-fast and focus on creative content at the same time.
Great team collaboration platform
What do you like best about the product?
I can get updates and changes from a project I'm working on as soon as they are done and see other people's comments and changes. It makes teamwork easy, transparent and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
No much I disliked, but when it updated, I needed some time to get familiar with the new interface, functions and such. Same for my teammates too. But it is kind of like this for other apps and software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with term bases, translation memories and consistency. It also supports all the localizers working together, and we can see issues from other languages so we can check our own if we have the same problem.
Phrase TMS is my favorite
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive and easy to use. I can even work offline and download files. I didn't need to spend much time trying to learn it. When the agencies I work with offer me a license of Phrase TMS to work, I know it will save me time. Also, the price is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually cannot think of something I dislike. This is my favorite tool when working on my translation projects. There is even a free trial. I guess the only thing I'd change is to extend the trial period to one month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very intuitive. I don't need to click buttons to find glossary or terminology; it's right there while I work on the file. I can deliver great translations without spending too much time on them.

What do you like best about the product?
I was new in the translation industry using CAT tools when I was introduced to Memsource. I was a translator for many years but little bit old school, not using modern tools. So when a client ask me if I was willing to take a training and start use Memsource, I was skeptical at first. Then afterwards really impressed on how easy it was to use this powerful tool. I have then tried many others CAT bit feels like my first encounter with professional language tool that Memsource was has set standards very high and never regret it.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest it's hard to find something that will make you dislike this tool. Everything has been made as by a translator and respond to the very need one would have if using the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solving the need to be repetitive and to having access to TM is just great and helpful when you work.
Easy to use TM software
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use. Operation is pretty simple and easy to master. I always do translation jobs on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing in particular. If I had to say something, the software sometimes adds unnecessary space at the end of a sentence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a lot easier to do translation jobs with this software than without it, especially useful to keep consistency in a translated document.
The best CAT software in town, maybe the world
What do you like best about the product?
I like all the features in Phrase: the display, the side panel with information and TB, the clear way to highlight misspellings and the easiness to correct them, not to mention the speed with which the machine learning operates to incorporate your translation choices into the engine.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't know. Some glitches occur occasionally, but the team always corrects them promptly and effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the fact that machine learning is so effective. I can also trust Phrase to be fast and correct. I especially like the autocomplete feature and the way it points out very clearly the eventual mistakes: It may sound like a given, but if you compare it to other CAT software in the market, you would know that it is not.
Always a wonderful experience
What do you like best about the product?
What I most like about Phrase is its simplicity. I absolutely love how you can insert tags. But this does not mean the tool does not have the powerful functionalities of other tools. Highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a whole lot I dislike, to be honest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me as a translator, the tool is free, which is wonderful.
Easy and user-friendly tool for linguists
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with different sorts of engines speeds up my translation process and improves the overall quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing particular so far. New features are constantly being added to make it easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Translation of repetitive texts is quickly done with translation memory features. Terminology can also be easily harmonized.
Ok CAT-tool
What do you like best about the product?
You get a clear view of source text and target text. Works (mostly) as a CAT-tool should. I like the fact that you can filter target/source by certain words.
What do you dislike about the product?
The QA is terrible. When handling large files the QA takes forever. If for example "custom" is in the dictionary it states all instances of "customer" as faulty. Also, all words in plural are stated. When searching for a word or phrase I wish the hits would turn up according to when it was used last time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Concordance search. Previous translations of the segment. Vista wants me to use it, so I do, even if I prefer MemoQ.
Reliable tool for translators
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that is realiable and easy to use,
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike, it is a complete tool for my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It manages all my projects in one place, it send me updates and reminders, it has the option to add automated translation making translate large files faster and it is easy to use. All these funcionalities make it easy to create invoices and keep your order organised.
