Helpful tool for creating and managing pages
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is a good internal process-management tool. I like that Confluence has different templates available when you are creating pages along with other features like adding in a table of contents. It really does a great job of formatting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Confluence can be a bit overwhelming. I've found if you don't have your spaces organized, the space can feel rather daunting. It does take a bit of user education to understand the best way to optimize your space so you don't have a bunch of pages living randomly.

Confluence helps me create documents and store them in an easy location for all of my team members to see. This is a tool my company users so we can have visibility into our projects.
Incredibly flexible and intuitive to use
What do you like best about the product?
The different page templates make it easy to find a way to present information in a clear, easy-to-read format. It means it's also consistent across our business. Meeting minutes create action items that can be used to notify members. Reorganising pages or creating a hierarchy is as easy as drag or drop.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a few features with tables that I wish would be easier to use, easy sorting etc while editing the table. The starred pages is under the "Recent" menu, which I would prefer they were more accessible for faster access to the pages I use regularly.

Communication across teams. We're able to organise projects by defining the clear purpose and background of the project, and link into Jira to easily see outstanding work from our engineering team. It takes the pressure off having to communicate with individual teams - everyone has a single point to access the info they need to know.
Collab easily with team members
What do you like best about the product?
What I like from confluence is their easy-to-create-wiki features. By having this feature, it will make it easier for newcomers who just joined a company to learn about the necessary knowledge needed, to fully onboard on their respective companies.
Afterwards, if people gained new knowledge in regards to their works, job desk, operations process, etc, they can easily add the stuff that they've learned into the wiki page as well.
Their navigation is also easy to understand for first users.
All in all, it's a great product. Totally recommend you using confluence if you haven't, and you'll be surprise at how easu it to learn and to contribute to your team using confluence.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far the only inconveniences that I've encountered are how complicated it is to manage permission on who's able to correct (contribute) to what.
Aside from that, there's nothing that I consider as a major turn-off as of this moment !!

Learning curve. Everyone who just joined a company has this learning curve period where they need to keep asking their seniors (which may take-up a chunk of their time) or where they need to keep reading a guide by themselves, to obtain the necessay domain knowledge.
However using confluence has made it a lot easier to look for new & old document needed, to expand our knowledge on the company

Easy to search and we can easily turn notifications on for the changes to documents
What do you dislike about the product?
Like every other documentation softwares it is little complex to understand it's UI navigation and features for a new person , also if there's anything needs to be improved its refresh mechanism as it didn't have auto refresh option and it not that easy or smooth when integration with other softwares
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the SDLC previously product owners or BA used to share documents through mails and any changes are made they need to inform the development team and testing teams but now it's just a software we can search with release number Or US number. Also people gets notified if any changes are made to the documents.

Analysis of Confluence by Atlassian for Simplifying Teamwork
What do you like best about the product?
Easy access to all. There is no need of extra approval to use this web app. Simple company login credentials are enough and it automatically login. Where all the project related drop-down will be present. Easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
One suggestion I can give is, try making static header for edit, save for later, watching line also. If we are in down the screen and if we want to edit we need to scroll up all the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In any project we need to get multiple access. But for this confluence normal login credentials was enough. All the project related documents and details are in single platform.
"It's extraordinarily less expensive and reliable."
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence provides a spread of crew collaboration solutions that are very essential for the productivity boom. It's extraordinarily less expensive and reliable. It's a must-have tool if you want to gain absolute manipulation over your team's overall performance. The platform is out there to all users and features a sincere interface, permitting our agency to install shared workspaces where employees can efficiently complete a wide variety of assignments. It's steady, and it facilitated the simple expansion of our holdings. Confluence may be very consumer-friendly so no need to spend money and time on worker education and getting to know. It is a time-saving device inside the agile undertaking lifecycle reducing heavy documentation and guidance. It has better customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
There becomes a hard getting-to-know curve for a number of our less tech-savvy clients to grow to be talented at the website online. Some customers may also find it inconvenient that customer service is handiest provided in English. Little hard to integrate with Azure DevOps. Even though this is a completely clean to apply the device, sometimes the navigation isn't always so easy to understand. Users can't see edits in a file in actual time like Docs in Google Drive. Lastly, some formatting options are pretty basic, a few or more alternatives might be appreciated.

Confluence is a useful tool for content, project management and team collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
I mostly like the templates that confluence offers like the content writing template, product roadmap template, software architecture review, to-do list, and especially the 'writing guidelines' because this template provides me instructions on improving the voice and tone of my written content, the writing principles, and tips & tricks. Also, documentation writing is easy on confluence as my seniors can easily put their comment on the doc itself and I get notified everytime. Similarly, when the comments are resolved, they get notified too. So, Confleunce has made content writing, management, and review easy for all of us.
Recently, I unlocked access to Confluence whiteboards, which is so far a great collaboration tool, though I am still exploring it. These are some challenges since it's new, but I am learining about the features, benefits, and every important thing about this Whiteboards. There are lot of other good things like quick link sharing, Q&A, space creation, and tasks distribution, that I cannot explain separately it a single review, yeah but Confluence is definitely working for us.

What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience, customization is difficult on Confluence. Using the existing templates are the only option for those most of the users, customizing them according to the project needs requires brainstorming, time, and collaboration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence has simplified our previous approach of creating technical documents, organizing different pieces of content, project collaboration and more. Also, it has allowed us to integrate popular apps like Jira, Google Drive, and Google Chat.
Easy navigation

We used Confluence internally. It's helpful to find projects or FAQs. We use Confluence also for project handover summaries especially if there's someone who is going to have a long leave.
What do you dislike about the product?
No really a dislike but user interface could be updated or something? Confluence is a great app actually and aside from the UI, I don't think there's something I dislike about it.
