What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use on our organization, anyone can can easily collaborate on creating pages and can easily share it as well. It's also easy to link JIRA tickets that we use on our projects. We use it all the time to document what happen on our sprints / release as well as for creating knowledge transfer documents and tracking test results.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times that the confluence space get cluttered, not sure if there a feature to maintain it easily. Other than that I am good with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a test automation engineer, we use Confluence daily to post the results of the automated test. People from other project can easily use the pages created daily to track the status of the environments we use for testing, it is all there so they don't need to contact us for anything.

Using it as a knowledge base as well from simple how-tos to complex software documentation that is needed on our day to day tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira Confluence by Atlassian has proven to be an essential platform for team collaboration, documentation, and knowledge sharing. As part of the Atlassian ecosystem, it integrates seamlessly with Jira, making it especially valuable for software development, project management, and cross-functional teams.

A reliable space for team collaboration and knowledge sharing

  • July 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Confluence gives our team a shared place to organize everything, from project docs to meeting notes. It’s super helpful when we need to go back and track discussions or decisions. The clean layout, easy linking between pages, and integration with tools like Jira really help keep things flowing.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it’s a great tool, it can feel a bit complex at first. Finding the right page sometimes takes a few extra clicks, especially if your space isn’t well organized. Also, when there’s a lot of content, loading can slow down a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence helps us solve the chaos of scattered information. Before, our project notes, SOPs, and ideas were all over the place, emails, docs, chat threads. Now everything lives in one central hub, so the whole team stays on the same page. It saves time, reduces miscommunication, and makes onboarding easier for new team members can access everything from day one.
