A solid tool for documentation and team visibility, but not without quirks
What do you like best about the product?
As a DevOps engineer, I appreciate how easy it is to create structured internal docs, SOPs, and onboarding guides. The hierarchy with spaces and pages fits really well for managing project-based documentation. Its specially useful whil eworking with the cross functional teams .
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes basic formatting acts up, which is frustrating when you are trying to just drop in content and move on. Also the search function feels hit-or-miss at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a DevOps engineer, I use Confluence to centralize runbooks, infrastructure overviews, sprint notes, and project retros. Before this, documentation was scattered in Git repos, random Notion pages, or lost in Slack threads. Now we have got a single place where the whole team like Devs, QA, Ops, even PMs , all can reference and contribute. It improves transparency and reduces repeat questions from team members.
