Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive and easy to use from the beginning. I was able to bypass all the tutorial videos and get on fine.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always clear where things are. Takes me a few seconds to find buttons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My project uses it for status reports

Confluence is easy to navigate and store information. The different spaces keep everything organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new update makes it a little less intuitive to navigate between pages or to see the page hierarchy.

Confluence is very useful if your company needs a knowledge-base or a way to collaborate on different projects.

Easy to use. Completeness and perfect for documentation and attaching documents keeping reviews

Sometimes who is new to it and it could be hard to understand how it works

I keep all my projects documentations there. It is very organised and I find everything I need quickly. I like the integration with Office so every time I update an Office document it keeps track of all my changes

If you want to keep track and organised your documentations, Confluence is the best tool out there

Clunky sidebar table of contents menu using what appears to be html frames.

Seems to run quite fast, making edits fairly painless.

I like the plug ins used with Confluence that make linking page information easy.

I'm not a particular fan of the generic look. We use a plug in to avoid this.

We use Confluence to gather and document Confluence. We've seen quicker turn around time with our tickets.

I love that Confluence organizes all of our documentation, making it easy to share across teams.

It’s a bit difficult to learn how to format documents.

We finally have one place for all of our knowledge.
Best Place to Collaborate and Share
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity of the web GUI. It is simple, elegant yet powerful

There is nothing to dislike. Still new to it so will have to test it quite a bit before I can find any flaws.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Almost every procedure is documented for suture use, meetings are planned and shared among teams and the integration with Jira Service Desk is awesome

If you work in a team, its the best thing out there!

What do you like best about the product?
It's an OK product that can do a few good functional things as a collaboration platform, but it falls short on the administration side.
What do you dislike about the product?
The install and administration of Confluence is fairly complex and hard to navigate. Getting this set how and tailored to your environment is difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works pretty well as a collaboration platform, but there are a lot of competitors that do things differently and sometimes better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Much better than the old versions, but still has a long way to go with making it simpler to use.
