What do you like best about the product?
History of the documents
How users can see who changed the doc, when the change was and what is changed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Formatting
Transferring from word to confluence is a pain for formatting especially when there are images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing user manuals with the department

What do you like best about the product?
- great search functionality
- deep integration with JIRA
- easy to set up on atlassian cloud
- single source of truth for all corporate knowledge
What do you dislike about the product?
- pretty poor mobile experience
- sometimes can get laggy and glitchy
- not all plugins are of high quality
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we want to have one place to place all organization knowledge and allow every team to share knowledge
Confluence scales pretty well from small team of 10 all the way to 500 folks in the company
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start using confluence early so that you dont have to migrate from another system

What do you like best about the product?
Widgets in connectivity with JIRA platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very intuitive, requires some training to properly navigate and use effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used to drive agile workflow, storing sprint details, scope, review, feedback and sign off.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Lots of online training, which I recommend looking into.

Being able to collaborate with colleagues and document ideas/projects/planning
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding the icon/feature you are looking for is hard. Difficult to track changes/comment on others' work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project planning.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Harder to collaborate than on google docs, for example.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can real time collaborate with an Account Team for call notes. Love being able to embed Google Docs as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search function and organization is not optimal. I also use Evernote for note taking and prefer to take my initial notes there. I can organize my notes in their own notebooks - and I wish that there were better options for taking notes in Confluence when I don't want to create an entire new page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shared customer space. Internal place to have access to at-a-glace customer entitlements, call notes and more.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is that its much better than other document sharing tools and is very cost efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really to dislike in the product however it can be made little more intuative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using confluence as a tool for document control. I am a JIRA Administrator and use confluence extensively in all our projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how everything can be organized into certain groups and easily identifiable based on how we want to organize. It's pretty easy to maintain, but some things are a little tricky to find. The editing function is really easy to use, but it is also basic functionality so I would say it's not for those who are looking to do a lot in their editing functions. However those new to confluence will be able to pick up that editing easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had the option for more visually appealing layouts and designs. Ours is very basic and doesn't have a lot of color to it. Also, sometimes it's hard to see how to tie pages together, etc, or to add multiple photos into a page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily organized system for employees to find answers to the questions they need. Basic, but laid out how we need it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you want to put the effort in to organize your items.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and have a multiple function compare to other software.
search engine works great!
It helps me to save the document and track it.
Great for collaboration between team members and other groups so that we can all edit documents and pages at the same time.

I like integration with Jira and macroses, internal search, diagrams and charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't have BPMN drawing as basic functionality. Also, there are issues with text and table formatting.
