Good enough
What do you like best about the product?
Pretty easy to create, find, and manage content.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is not the most beautiful or clean. Editing pages can feel clunky.

I love to use it for meeting notes for my team and we are able to share product requirements and descriptions with potential buyers

Good central place for testing team to work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not super easy to navigate in the system.

We used it as a module for our testing group. Test scripts were loaded and tracked here.
Sluggish and complicated
What do you like best about the product?
Visually appealing but overly complicated and unreliable. It isn’t as easy to use as a normal HTML editor and it’s not nearly as powerful either. Forces you to work within its confines or go 100% confine-free. There isn’t much of a middle ground.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow, unreliable, clunky. Difficult to navigate.

That it is easy to take notes and tag people as well as look back at records without losing information.

I get emails all the time about other people’s Confluence pages.

Keeping records of ideas for marketing and making sure all are involved. Also tagging people with tasks to do before the next meeting.
Confluence makes storing and collaboration of docuementation easy.

Integration with JIRA, easy to share documents and edit them.

Not really a dislike but more around the fact that there are many tools around.

That if not monitored or managed correctly it can turn into the wild wild west.

Documentation and business cases
Your documentation all together and organice as you cannot imagine

I love how Confluence store all updates and show you everyday in main space.

Sometimes it is dificult to find some important documentation (if you are not sure which space it is)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have all team documentation well structured and easy find. Everyone in team with permission can access and edit when they do changes in the apps, so documentation is always easily updated.
Gets the job done
What do you like best about the product?
There is ample area to add as much text as needed. It is a great way to share what each department is working on and to share information with the whole company.

It is not very user friendly when it comes.to navigating.to find the information.

The ability to house documents the the entire company, world.wide, can access.

Confluence space is like a white board and can be used for almost anything. Include diagrams, tables, plug in JIRA reports, create dashboard etc.

Easy to abuse the space and make it clutter - not necessarily the tools problem.

Single place to archive all important documents and provide clear visibility to all users.
