Interactive, Useful
What do you like best about the product?
The space allotted for many distinct pages. We've used Confluence as our "intranet" for a few years, housing documentation on projects, benefits descriptions, and "lessons learned" histories.
What do you dislike about the product?
If we were able to set up reminders for lack of page updates, it would be very helpful. Without a complete audit of usage, pages become dated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a location to house our project documentation, it is very useful for searches during onboarding.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Compare to Google Drive, keeping in mind the organizational possibilities of Confluence.

I do not dislike anything about Confluence

Team collaboration can be easily done and we can discuss matters before meetings.
Not Great - Wouldn't Recommend It
What do you like best about the product?
It has a list of impressive features and in theory sounds like a great app but...
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating the app is overly complicated, and the search doesn't help. I spend more time looking for the articles than reading/contributing. The Atlassian ID was also a mess, with a complicated account deletion process. Trying to download images a co-worker has uploaded has been challenging, they either download as a different format or they've disappeared (5yr+ files). My last issue is the content editor seems a little off and overly complicated to use.

Collating basic information like phone numbers, settings, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Their new UI makes using the system even more frustrating.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps in Content creations and a great team collaboration platform . Helps in creating rich content within the team and great to share work and faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has an excessive restrictions , when multiple users are using one account -authenticity is a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content Management at one space, for everyone to view and helps me in reviewing orders.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try Confluence , its and easy way for content management and collaborating team and share the work with team.and maintaining the bug report.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of adding content and organizing pages in a hierarchy. Creating PDF versions of content is also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle to find what I am looking for at times. I think the search isn't as smart as it could be.

All of our documentation can easily be organized and employees world-wide can contribute to it. It is easy to create documentation to share externally.
Like a private library for your team
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is basically a private library / site for your team. You can post plans, event details, etc. for everyone to easily see
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't get horribly complex for working docs (like you could in Google Docs), but you can post important information. Confluence isn't the end-all-be-all of collaboration tools, but it is useful.

Know what you want to use it for so you're consistent. COnfluence has limitations, but it's still useful.

What do you like best about the product?
We can track, share the details of projects at any given point of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The look and feel can be improved based on the products availability in the market
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can maintain all the project related requirement, design , risk , NFR etc for my project which can be share with any one and help in educating new joinees , client at any point of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend this product because it's easy to use and track the task and health of the projects beginning from the requirement gathering till delivery.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple you can make a page. Used most foe SoP's.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really. I bet if we had more adoption we can get others more using it.

More collaboration and a place to store your SoP.
