What do you like best about the product?
This has been a useful application to store document and share them throughout the company. We also have the ability to manage permissions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like its hard to find documents sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven’t really. There are other departments that use it more fully.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that this program makes team collaboration easy to use, access, and share across our numerous sites in the state.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that there are minimal bugs that could be worked on as some other products that we also utilize have benefits that are used often and missed in Confluence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are collaborating as a whole via Confluence, rather than relying on hundreds of email chains to be accessed by the appropriate parties, Confluence makes it easier for use to all use to access the information asynchronously.

What do you like best about the product?
If you have experience with Microsoft Word or an equivalent program, it's pretty easy to get the hang of Confluence. Finding and using tools is pretty straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
For our company, we have some "private" items that seem to be hard to search for when logged in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently using it for out user guides and internal documentation for new hires or company lists/collaboration, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
It s one of the best hubs to use especially for documentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search feature gave me a hard time to find the resources i look for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It speeds up the process of understanding tthe software for which i was using the documentation

Good knowledge base but user interface could be better

What do you like best about the product?
The macros included are very convenient. For example, having a group of text that’s able to be collapsed and expanded is very convenient as knowledge base pages can get very lengthy. Additionally, flow charts and other diagrams can be easily created and integrated into the page.
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface when manipulating pages can be frustrating. When creating a page, it doesn’t allow you to select where you would like that page to be created so after it’s completed, you have to search for where it was uploaded to and then reorder it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation is always a constant struggle, but we’re getting somewhere with Confluence (after you learn how to create good pages!)

What do you like best about the product?
Pages allow multiple users to edit and contribute at the same time. The macros are powerful. Eveeyone had access to tge same information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notification emails could ge a little better. Sometime i click the link and go to the page but its no clear what is new information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Designs are in a central place and easily accessable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Creat some best practices. Rules about where to put stuff. Nit just let everyone make up different folders

Great for collaboration; confusing at times

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate all of Confluence's features. My favorite is the ability to rank stories with points, based on what my team and I decide in our Scrum sprint planning meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is easy to create duplicate stories and not notice them until way later. It would be nice if Confluence had some way of recognizing this before duplicates are added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence improved our sprint planning, making Scrum super easy for us. It has everything in one place, making everything super easy to collaborate with the rest of the team.

What do you like best about the product?
All the information is in one place, where everyone has access.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to navigate through, I search things and there are never clear results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have our troubleshooting guides on there/tech spec sheets for members/ benefits information. Everything pretty much.
