so easy to use and i like the simplicity, customizable.

we need some time to use it but after it's ok, it's hard to find the good thing you search for, sometime

The search function needs work. It is incomplete.

Search is very difficult, and usually incomplete, especially when I know what I’m looking for exists.

Tagging multiple people, in and out of the organization.
Team collaboration, sharing, integrating with Office 365, creating tables, workflows, screenshots. Really helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
Can't quite point out anything specific. I would say that sometimes updates made in Confluence pages don't always show up and thus gets a bit difficult to track changes and the timestamp of those changes.

That each team can have their own page with info

Kind of hard to update systematically and remember updates (more versioning may be nice)

Tool capable of sharing, editing training documentation, team information. It offers you to obtain the documents in a simple way thanks to its search engine. Incorporating this software into our organization favors the possibility of creating content that is self-explanatory and known by our staff.

It is necessary to improve the pages in terms of design and presentation.
The search function is also quite literal.
There are a number of Macros that you need to buy if you really want to get the most out of your pages.
