Good system for building pages and guides
What do you like best about the product?
It's a fairly customizable tool that allows us to build what we need for our employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find there is a little bit of a learning curve to make the more advanced tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Confluence to provide guides and tolls to various teams in our organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is good software, but we find we need to reboot the server often.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an interactive tool that works as an organized and optimized space for collaboration.
Among the things I like are document templates, because they are very useful for creating content, it saves time and also the file search is fast and intuitive. It facilitates the exchange of communications, it is great to provide, receive feedback and work with colleagues remotely. I could say that Confluence offers a lot of good features that speed up the creation and development of projects.

I have no complaints, it's a great tool for teamwork.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence provides us with organization in the workspace, increasing efficiency in task management and speeding up productive processes. The integrations with software we use on a daily basis are great for boosting performance.

I recommend it offers remarkable results in improving team productivity.

easy of use and to administer import from word and PDF exports

The ability to work seamlessly with other Atlassian tools as jira you need to authenticate too often

Great tool for documentation, love the task reminder and other apps
Easy to use but limited functionality

Searching pages and organizing content is easy. It provides apis to integrate with other apps. Comments is a good functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Role based permissions not present which does not meet security requirements. Limited functionality for data representation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing documents and problem solution approaches is easier through confluence. We can avoid long mail chains for the same.
Great place to keep all customer discussion and documentation
What do you like best about the product?
There is a lot that we like about this product. We are using Confluence for project management. We are keeping all the customer discussion on confluence so that our manager and any one from team member can check anytime what is discussed and what is on hold. We are also liking the integrations provided by them to add some giphy on the confluence page. You can use that for making a diagram and use them to show to customer. It has the capability to store the unpublished items which you can use and store later.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing is pricing. It is too costly. It doesn't have any chatbot which can be used for chatting purpose. There are some issues with UI as well it is not interactive. Searching for any confluence page is very hard. You need to write the exact name for searching the confluence page. It is not supporting all the markdown features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using confluence to update all the information given by the customer. We are also using confluence for daily scrum updates and also using it for status update. We are using confluence for KT planning and team and lab information. We are also using confluence for project planning.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If the price is not the constraint then you should go with the confluence. All Atlassian product are very tightly bound. You could use it for project planning, scrum status update. You can use to track the KT plan for any employee.

Confluence gives you access to a new level of documentation and follow up to projects. It is really flexible and easy to use, covering a wide range of variants to document everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is easy to get lost in the many options it has available

Project followups, it is really easy to keep track of every change and evolution.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how flexible this application is. The interface is user friendly and clean, Confluence lets you create, share and organize documents. An interesting aspect is that it is possible to introduce comments in the documents, this function streamlines the progress of projects and keeps us aware of what other team members are doing. On the other hand, integrations with software such as storage clouds boost productivity.
Overall, I think it's easy to use, is affordably priced and fits any workflow.

No negative comments. It's great for teamwork.

It is quite useful for creating and organizing documents, share feedback and plan projects. Simplifies team collaboration, easier communication between different branches of the company.

I do not have any in particular. I think it's a smart alternative to increase team collaboration.

Good document management software
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the organizational structure and ease of use. I can have a web page designed in only a few minutes. It's really easy to move articles if they need to be recategorized. It's also really easy to collaborate on content
What do you dislike about the product?
The permissions scheme is really hard to configure because they are split across web pages. It would be nice to be able to see someone's permissions for all pages in one screen. I would like to be able to format pages easier. The widgets only take me so far and their functionality is limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a better way to manage documents and knowledge across multiple teams. Confluence was a perfect fit for us. We can turn documents into web pages easily or post them as is and provide an easy to search structure for finding documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Using Confluence with Jira help desk filled our company need to implement a small help desk. We found that Confluence can provide a good document management system that is easy to use and easy to implement. We are currently exploring other features such as the project tracking. Getting the permissions set up to work how we need them too takes a little time because the permissions are spread across multiple tiers in the Atlassian structure (product, site, and page).

It is useful for managing tasks and organizing teams. Real-time alerts allow us to connect with other team members. It also adapts to third-party tools like Google Drive and Slack. It is simple and without complications, it is a software that I recommend to increase productivity.
