A Powerful Tool for Team Collaboration and Documentation
What do you like best about the product?
Confluence is a great tool for creating and organizing documentation in one central place. I especially like how easy it is to collaborate with team members in real time while keeping everything version-controlled. Its integration with Jira is also very convenient for project tracking and for linking requirements directly to the relevant documentation. I use it frequently, and it genuinely helps keep our team knowledge structured, consistent, and easy to access when we need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the editor can feel a bit slow or cluttered when working with large pages. Finding older content can also be tricky if pages aren’t well organized from the start. The permissions setup can be confusing at times, especially for new users. Apart from that, it’s a solid tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence addresses the issue of scattered documentation by giving teams a single source of truth for shared knowledge. For me, it makes information much easier to find, keep up to date, and share across different teams. Collaboration also feels smoother because everyone can work from the same page, with a clear edit history and comments to provide context. Overall, it helps improve team alignment and supports better productivity.

Page loads slow in confluence, To unlock the all features you need to pay for advanced plan.

What I like best about Confluence is how it centralizes team knowledge in a clear, structured way. As a developer, it makes documentation, design decisions, and onboarding materials easy to create, search, and keep up to date, so information isn’t scattered across chats or lost in people’s heads. This saves time, reduces repeated questions, and helps the whole team stay aligned.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Confluence is that it can feel slow and clunky, especially with large spaces or pages full of content. Its formatting and page structuring can be unintuitive at times, making edits and navigation cumbersome. Also, search isn’t always precise, so finding specific information can take longer than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence solves the problem of scattered team knowledge by providing a centralized, structured platform for documentation, project updates, and collaboration. For me as a developer, it means I can quickly find technical specs, design decisions, and meeting notes without chasing people or digging through emails. This improves efficiency, reduces repeated questions, and keeps the team aligned, allowing me to focus more on coding and less on tracking information.

Confluence supports Images, Code Blocks, Diagrams, Tables and Files, Good to track changes and restore older version anytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
More pages and spaces make things messy, Advanced features are expensive, and not good for simple tasks.

It reminds us before the due if anything we misses, It gives multiple tools in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Confluence makes it easy to collaborate on documentation. Its organization features and integrations help keep everything structured, and they make it a strong product for teams of any size.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels like nearly every integration comes with a high cost. On top of that, the export feature doesn’t work very well in the rare situations when I need to print physical pages from my workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The documentation is organized, clear, and well-formatted, which makes it easy to follow and reference when needed.
Turns Chaos into Organized, centralize knowledge
What do you like best about the product?
I use Confluence for creating and managing knowledge bases and hosting team spaces. I really appreciate that it solves the problem of scattered, unstructured, and hard-to-maintain work information by providing a central, collaborative, secure, and searchable documentation hub. I love how Confluence turns team knowledge into an asset, which saves miscommunication in the team. The templates are great because they remove the thinking overhead so you don't have to start from scratch for SOPs, meeting notes, or project plans. I find the page versioning feature quite useful as it gives you a safety net, and the inbuilt macros are fantastic as they turn simple pages into powerful tools and make it seem like we're working on web pages. The integration with Jira is very helpful for finding knowledge nuggets in the same place, and it links work to all the documentation available for reference, making the information centralized and making the documentation intelligent. The initial setup of Confluence for my team was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes formatting for tables is glitchy and alignment breaks when you paste content. Big pages become slow, and the search can be good but not perfect. Copying and pasting from emails breaks the formatting, and it works great online but offline it doesn't.

Confluence solves the problem of scattered, unstructured info by providing a central, collaborative hub. It turns knowledge into an asset, reducing miscommunication. I also find the templates, page versioning, macros, and Jira integration make documentation intelligent and easy to manage.
Effortless Access and Comprehensive Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to access and go through project documents with Confluence. It's great for understanding project requirements. All documents and videos being in one place is really handy because I can go through everything at once within a project. Also, the setup was very easy to access and login.

We have control over who can view or edit content, We can see who changed what and roll back if needed.

When pages grow it become messy, big spaces feel slow to load or edit.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to track changes and contributions, reduces duplication of information, makes knowledge sharing across teams effortless.

It is slow with big projects, more notifications can become distraction, not performing good with long pages.

New employee can learn quickly how to use without advanced training, it has simple and clear interface.
Confluence Makes Collaboration Easy with Strong Versioning and Jira Integration
What do you like best about the product?
One best thing about the Confluence is the versioning of the doucmentation so everything is track and nothing is lost. EVerything is centralised, easy to collaborate by commenting and mentioning the team member. The best part is, it integrates with Jira. It also has the permission control over the content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working or formatting the tables is really hard and also confusing. Also the pages can be long sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Writing the technical documents especially the API cycle and project related knowledge base where all the team members can contribute. We also use it to document the SOPs and other techinal protocol to be followed by the team, that basically acts a contitution of the work process.
