What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom Workplace is its ease of use and reliability. It allows smooth communication through video meetings, chat, and screen sharing, which makes collaboration convenient and efficient. The interface is simple to navigate, making it easy for both beginners and regular users to use it without much difficulty.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it can sometimes lag or disconnect when the internet connection is unstable, which interrupts the flow of meetings. Additionally, managing multiple notifications and updates can feel overwhelming at times, especially during back-to-back meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves the problem of distance and makes it easier to communicate and collaborate without needing to be physically present. It benefits me by allowing me to attend meetings, classes, and discussions from anywhere, saving travel time and making coordination with others more convenient and efficient.
User-Friendly with Occasional Tech Glitches
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how user-friendly Zoom Workplace is, making it very easy and convenient to use within the company. It's a great tool for participating in video meetings, and I particularly like the video feature. Additionally, the different settings you can create, like presentation views, are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there's technology issues or lagging with the sound and video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves problems when I need to see a PowerPoint or get more information on a presentation. It's helpful in that way.
Unique Inbuilt Features and Great App Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
It has really good inbuilt features which I don't see on any other similar tools (like GMeet). The breakout rooms feature, then integration of multiple apps and tools is great add on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many settings, I feel like I have to turn on and off many things and really need to sit and have an ideal version of Zoom I want as per my need, which is time consuming and often difficult to do myself, it's a bit technical to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficient tool for meeting, makes by job easy, to take meetings then students sessions - I use all the features to increase my output

Zoom Workplace is very useful when we have meetings with external, company-side clients for a long time. It also has better quality overall, whether it’s the camera or the audio.

What I dislike about Zoom Workplace is the hidden toolbar, because it can be hard to find when I need it.

Zoom Workplace is still working through a few bugs, particularly those tied to its AI features.

Zoom helps all employees of our company to connect at any time or place. Some employees work from the office, but some are working remotely, so Zoom Workplace is crucial for our day-to-day communications.

In my opinion, Zoom Workplace doesn’t have any downsides.

Our company solves the communication problem. We all know that connecting to department or company-wide meetings is never an issue, even if someone is not present in our office during the time of meeting.

I use Zoom several times a week for teaching and meeting with clients. I schedule meetings, save notes, and organize my calendar with it.

I dislike that I have to pay extra for longer meetings.

What really appeals to me about Zoom Workplace is how simple it is to use for meetings and regular communication. Because of the user-friendly design, hosting or attending meetings only requires a few clicks. I also like that the audio and video quality is usually quite consistent, even with mediocre bandwidth. Features like screen sharing, chat, and recording make it very beneficial for both business and teamwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it unpleasant when the app occasionally lags or freezes, especially after long meetings or when other apps are active. Furthermore, a number of sophisticated features are only available with costly subscriptions, which can be problematic. Notifications may also sometimes be a bit overwhelming.

Zoom Workplace makes it easier to manage meetings and communication between teams and clients, particularly when employees are spread out geographically. It facilitates meeting scheduling, participation, and execution without any technological problems or delays.

The premium features are a bit expensive, and at times the app requires a lot of RAM.

It creates a nice working relationship between coworkers, and it benefits me by giving me the opportunity to work wherever I want.
