We use Zoom so that we can share our screen. Makes tasks a lot easier to complete.
What do you like best about the product?
Connecting with co-workers. Not being able to go to the office and see my co-workers has been challenging. Being able to share screens has made it much easier to complete documents. The zoom website is very easy to use. Setting meetings, cancelling meetings, changing meeting times is very easily done on their website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could take over my co-worker's computer, but that's a different software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Completing forms more quickly because we can share screens. Seeing co-workers, even virtually, keeps us connneted.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zoom has been a lifeline since the pandemic. Connecting with co-workers (and family) via zoom has at least given me the opportunity to "see" people. The website is very easy to use and takes only a few minutes to figure out how to maneuver through the screens.
Best Software for Business meeting
What do you like best about the product?
I used Zoom for my office meeting daily. IT is very user-friendly and very easy to operate. I can join my meeting by using the meeting links. One of the most interesting features I liked about this software is I can handle other computers if they faced some trouble in their environment. Fro daily office meeting is a game-changer for me. The recording is very easy, so later part I can analyze my meeting and share it with other colleagues who have missed the meetings. Here, I can also arrange some safe meetings like password-protected meetings; Zoom has provided some security features for that also.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I faced lagging in this software. I am not very much sure if it is a network issue or a software issue. Zoom has a customer support feature only in paid version, but when you do then you do not find any customer support in the paid version(Not sure about others, but I have faced this issue). The virtual Background needs to be more realistic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have faced a lot of issues while solving a bug. So, here in this software, I can share my screen with my senior colleague and ask for some help. Sometimes I used zoom meeting recording to analyze my DEV meeting or when I missed my meeting. I am using ZOOM since I joined my current organization for a product review or to deal with customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zoom is very effective in terms of video calls and audio calls. Screen Sharing options are very powerful in zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
My team uses Zoom for group calls, one-on-ones and internal learning sessions. The feature I like the most is the video touch-up and mirror my view options. During the pandemic, when people are working from home and have to do house chores like cooking and cleaning on the side, I found these features very helpful to look presentable during video calls and feel confident. I also use the virtual office backgrounds all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of the restrictions they have with the free and paid basic versions. They have many great features for remote teams, but you can't leverage them unless you have a premium paid version. For example, the meetings automatically end in 45 mins if you don't have a paid version. There's also a restriction on the number of people in your session if you use the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Zoom for all our meetings, and it has been beneficial to us. I use the virtual background and other audio and video features all the time. The different features like virtual whiteboard and breakouts have really helped us collaborate as a team during the pandemic. We also use it to interview candidates and presentations and whiteboarding are pretty easy using zoom.
Zoom is necessary in today's virtual world.

I like the video polishing feature that allows you to filter your screen.

The video screen sharing option is a little difficult to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows you to have facetime with your coworkers, boss etc. when not together.

What do you like best about the product?
ZOOM has an amazing interface that everyone can use, regardless of tech comfort and allows us to connect our employees wherever they are. The interface is simple enough to also not be distracting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The meeting rooms and admitting folks and syncing to streaming platforms can sometimes be cumbersome, but not overwhelming. Some of the application requires a lot of bandwith, which can be difficult for employees who have weak wifi connections or are using cellular data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing the right groups of people together that otherwise would have been a logistical nightmare is easy now, thanks to Zoom. The time we gain in the easy scheduling is measurable, and using ZOOM has allowed for greater collaboration overall.

Friendly Video Platform With Good Options
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom provides multiple options - backgrounds, filters, ability to manage video calls, etc. You can customize backgrounds, your name, take polls, and use to record for use later on other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the limits around number of participants - and ability to easily add music to background while on video as the meeting/event leader. I've had to get a separate Rodecaster Pro to have clear audio, music, and sounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to expand my business globally without traveling. The ability to record video and download it for use on separate platforms. The need for as close to face-to-face communication as is possible.
Best way to meet and social distance
What do you like best about the product?
Quick access to video conferencing. This system is easy to use. The software allows for AI notetaking which is helpful and easy to follow. Customer support has provided assistance with our implementation as we use Zoom Workplace daily for both clients and staff meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not confident about the security and fear it could be hacked.

I am learning how to make the system more secure.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is great. I find that it is integrated into the tools I already use such as Gmail and Slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Zoom can consume alot of my computer's resources and be slow. Also, calling in is always a pain.

Remote meetings
Works as Intended, but There Are Plenty of Alternatives
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to conduct face-to-face meetings - especially during the pandemic - is important. Zoom is intended for that express purpose, and it does that well. I love the sidebar in the app that keeps a record of all meetings that you have scheduled for a given day or recurring meetings that you have multiple times a week. I love that you can integrate Zoom with other apps like Google Calendar or Calendly, but I find that when creating meetings from within Zoom, the meeting ID can sometimes report incorrectly on the calendar event.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I mentioned, creating Zoom meetings and integrating with your Google Calendar can often result in multiple meeting links and confusion when meeting. I also find the vocabulary for various pricing tiers to be a little vague and confusing. Do I purchase a Zoom Room? A license? I'm not sure. I've stuck with the free version of Zoom because of this, and it has served me fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Zoom to conduct face-to-face daily huddles. I find this is a great way to stay on top of the progress of everyone on my team and gives us a chance to get over hurdles/share wins. With everyone working in different places in the country, it's excellent to hold meetings like this every day. I'm also using Zoom for support calls. If a team member is having an issue with something, I can hop on, share my screen, and get them back up and running quickly.
