Best video conference application
What do you like best about the product?
high-definition resolution with good quality of video conference

If Zoom is not used properly, then any person can join that meeting without our permission

conducted many meetings and very useful for my kid's online classes

What do you like best about the product?
I like its the ability to make video runs smoothly while you add your desired background. It solves my many hassles as many times I will be working from home and couldn't show a nice working background of office hence I need to use virtual background that works really good on Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
The prices are quite high for Zoom so I need to use only a single account for my whole team of 20 members. People use it as per their requirement and sometimes it makes things weired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the problem of connecting with the team working remotely, my field sales team, my client, collaborators, and investors as well. I'm also solving a problem of having nice really office by using virtual background. I do use Zoom for conference calls to connect with my customers by organizing a Webinar kind of thing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend using Zoom for best video conferencing experience.
Zoom is the best communications platform primarily where we can chat,call and take classes.

Zoom provides high quality video conferencing experience at the minimal cost to our business
What do you like best about the product?
Its features are excellent & it's easy to use for our users from diverse departments on any device from anywhere without any technical experience. It enables us to stay connected with our Field Sales & SErvice Staff continuously. We have solved many of our customer's onsite problems instantly using the Zoom Video Conferencing facility. We use the chat feature to make notes and maintain records of the Minutes of the Meetings. We also use the facility of recording the session for future reference. It's ideal for online training when our users are widely dispersed and attend the session while in the field.
What do you dislike about the product?
The timings of a free session need to be rethought. We feel it must be allowed for a video meeting length of at least 60 minutes and not just 40 minutes. We can not provide a licensed version to everyone, especially those not front-facing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has been an excellent tool for our small organization during pandemic times when all our team members operate from different locations. It enabled us to stay connected daily and engage better with each other. Now, it has become a daily feature of our organization, and we connect with our branch offices with the help of Zoom Video Conferences.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's one of the most intuitive video conferencing platforms that provides all the features, including good audio/video quality, group chatting, hand raising, sharing the screen, recording the sessions, etc.

I love all the ways you can use Zoom to connect with people online from one on one meetings, family gatherings, business meetings and webnars

at first it was awkward when we have to do important meeting online.but zoom has made it mainstream and normal.compared to skype,i would prefer zoom

the screen sharing is good.it also can be divided into small groups.also can do polls.as a non it person,it is accesible

What do you like best about the product?
I like the feature to add to my google calendar and it is so much easier to meet with clients especially with covid and those who would rather meet via zoom than in person. I like the background options as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile version can be a bit confusing, but maybe just something to get used to. I also think if you are the host, it should auto sign in if the remember password is selected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like being able to schedule meetings easier and do them virtual versus in person. It is so universal so having many others know how to use it makes it easier to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend practicing how to use it so you are prepared when it is time to meet with a client.

That I can give or sign on with a meeting code for free. I still work from home 2 days a week so to be able to still be included on meetings during those days helps keep me on track with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it freezes or lags but that could be internet/wifi related.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual meetings! It's easy to hop on and off and it's nice to see a person over camera. On the other hand it's nice to turn off your camera too.
