A user friendly app that allows me to hold meetings with my clients seemlesslly.
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to hold meetings in the comfort of my home. User friendly, not complicated at and doesn't take up much space .
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't met any if at all they do exist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of having to crowd up in one place to hold meetings. We can hold our meetings while in our homes, we don't have to pay for conference rooms anymore
Best ever video conferencing experience
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way how zoom helps me align with every use case for video comferemcing out there. zoom connects with all the possible automations like slack. We use the zoom API too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate the pricing and when a single user is in the call and the other one has the same meeting, atleast in an urgency case, breakout room or anything as such has to be figured out rather than stopping the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its the end to end video comferecing, recording product demo video, screen sharing and video recording.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use. It's secure and customizable. It's great for organizations that has massive number of employees. Excellent for online training, calibration and 1:1 sessions
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit pricey but the price outweighs the benefits
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes virtual meetings/conferences a lot more practical and secure. It provides a lot of options as far as note taking, screensharing, AI integration as well breakout rooms when you need to split up a big group.

It is very convenient to use and there is no restrictions on number of participants which can be added. It has ease of operation best feature to describe if any.

Nothing as such my overall experience has been really great with Zoom App.

It is beneficial in many ways such as conducting team meetings, interview, virtual session & conducting employee engagement activities remotely.

Best medium to connect with my team members anytime. In my office time, i use it four to five times in a day

Sometimes i face camera issue. Otherwise, it is the best app to connect with my friends
Using Zoom is very convenient be it personal family meet up or professional meet up with your team.

It does not buffer, the call quality is awesome and the voice quality is also excellent. Good software to use for virtual meetings.

Zoom Workplace’s complex interface and limited offline capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy interface platform that is very easy to navigate and the call quality is excellent along with the voice quality there are only occasional connection issues, rest everything is fine. It benefits me to connect with my team easily and also when we have a virtual family meeting.

Zoom required very strong network some time I logout due to network issue

What do you like best about the product?
The video and audio quality are still top notch, which is why Zoom became a go to during the Covid pandemic. Scheduling meetings and starting them from chat threads is super convenient. I also like the ability to create persistent team spaces, it helps with ongoing projects and cuts down on email clutter.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom Workplace does a lot of things well, there are definitely a few things I don’t love. The interface can feel a bit cluttered—especially when you're juggling chat, meetings, and whiteboards all at once. It’s not always intuitive where to find things quickly.

It’s made scheduling and running meetings a lot smoother, and having integrated chat and team spaces keeps conversations organized around projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is an effective collaboration platform. It supports meetings and video calls with a whiteboard and note capability. It is effective for meetings, quick check-ins, brainstorming sessions and overall collaboration. It integrates well with existing applications and works as designed. We use the application multiple times per week.

No downsides to the Zoom Workplace application.
