What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is one of the best platform for virtula meetings. Using zoom you can easily create a video meetings and conference. It is also best for online webinars. You can connect with any one virtually using zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations of zoom is you can not create meeting more than 40 minutes for the free zoom account. Also zoom requires a strong and stable internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the pandemic situation we can easily connect with the clients and colleagues virtually using zoom. It also saves the time, you need not to visit the clients place for meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Free license to use on any device. Video recording. Ease of use of the application. Best thing it can work on Android device and windows. Still need improvement for meeting competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited time for the free edition to 45 minutes while other free solutions don't have limits.
A full screen view remove the features of control and become difficult to use on devices if needed to mute or unmute for instance

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick online meetings that don't exceed 45 minutes are very useful on zoom. I was able to save a lot of while on the move to perform a quick meeting using my phone.

Ability to create a call easily, invite people to it in seconds or share the link for it. The ability to create different rooms and of having so many people join at the same time

The 40 minute limit for normal accounts and nothing else much really.

I work remotely full time so Zoom is essential for me as that is where I have all my meetings, had my onboarding and training sessions, performance reviews and all sorts of other key aspects of any job
Best tool for informal and small formal meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom offers very easy way to connect and and share meeting without need to login while joining as participant. Also it has screen control which offers full control of hosts system. Anyone with meeting link can join easily. Mostly the full screen view of host screenshare or the video is good advantage which cannot be possible in few applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
For formal and office usewhere there are teams and adding the teams in different meetings is not possible in zoom which is done in Teams. This feature shouldbe made available. Also the pricing and capacity is one reason to dislike. It doesn't provide free unlimited meeting for normal users which is a drawback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily and quickly connect to friends to study, share screen an ld discuss and have conference where screen share is required. Also during pandemic when everything went virtual many gatherings, meetings were conducted easily in zoom.

Zoom is the easy to use. We can chat with all participants or individual while meeting. We can also record the meetings. We can also creates the polls to understand what participants understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using the zoom free account we can not add more participants. Also zoom free account has a time limitations, you can not extend your meeting more than 40 minutes.

We need not to visit the clients place for meetings. Using zoom we can schedule a zoom at any time and from any place. Just you need a strong internet connection.

We use Zoom for Company and Team "Huddles" aka Meetings and since we have many that work remotely it makes it easy and convenient

Best video conference tool!
What do you like best about the product?
It has the best user experience out of any of the video conference apps. I have used Microsoft teams and skype in my last role and I believe Zoom is much better. I like how you can conduct polls, pull people into breakout rooms, and customize any background you want in Zoom. I also don't experience many bugs/issues with using the platform. Everyone on our team/company loves it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I dislike about the product. Sometimes the zoom freezes but that's due to internet connectivity issues. The platform is pretty straightforward and easy to use so I never experience any issues. I use it mostly for meeting with clients/prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Given the times nowadays, everyone is working remotely so Zoom is critical to get the company coordinated and everyone able to work with each other. It's essential to our business so everyone can get work done remotely.

Most like feature is recorded session and timely join feature with hots and cost feature is more entertaining in this abd have a good impact on the members to go forward

Most dislike feature is there is limit to join members and this limit is increased only by paid feature so this is not for everyone who can hse this but firstly need to understand
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solve the issue of the members who far away and to connect them with just on internet connectivity in same meeting with a link creation or the password put.

I love the ease of using zoom. It has very simplified and easy to use interface which is very intuitive. I had a great experience using zoom and our team uses it very efficiently.

Nothing much to complain, we love using the platform and it is great to have.

We are doing our regular office meet on zoom which has helped us immensely in doing remote jobs from the comfort of our home. It has allowed our team to interact with customers and provide them remote services as well.

We have been using zoom since the first wave of Covid 19 and the lockdown in the country. The toll has helped us conduct classes, conduct meetings and collaborate with clients/other stakeholders. The audio/video quality is finest and unparalleled to any software before this

With competitors in the markets, like Microsoft meet, Audio/video quality has significant over these platforms and Zoom does not match the requirements. Other concerns around Security and integration with other tools is also there.

Zoom is helping us collaborate internally amongst teams. We have been operating from home for a long time and zoom has played a significant role in that. We have been able to reduce costs and also hire better talent across the country.
