Zoom call- Best online meeting platform in the market?
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that despite using some of the complex features that requires one to provide access to audio and video, its interface is very simple to navigate and full of tons of features, that normally one wouldn't have expected but is now a necessity
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the software installation process is a little complex as it redirects to website instead of microsoft store and the app does not have an lite version
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When working on a product a person is required to handle different parts and sometimes may not be able to attend meetings at 2 places at once and the job is important cannot be done via call, but not so much as to spend thousands on airfare each time and coordinate. Zoom allows for people to interact and talk to each other over the distance and help them clear the issues saving time and money to the company.

Zoom workspace brings all teams together seanlessly to collaboration & super easy communication. It features like virtual and file sharing make worling together easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it can shows some glitch and poor internet connection can disrupt meetings. Rarely it lags or audio issues but overall it is still a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves remote work challenges by connecting teams virtually, it is easy to collaborate and share an individual thoughts.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to share with others across the offices and meet regularly. Meetings could not be easier to plan and attend

I do not have any negative thoughts, except maybe the cost of the Pro version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of traveling to an office to meet with our team, we can instead login and communicate what is needed via Zoom.

It brings video, chat, phone, whiteboard, calendar, and collaboration tools into one unified experience making hybrid and remote work much smoother.

Small teams and schools may find it too expensive.

Zoom Workplace is solving several major communication and collaboration challenges that other teams face. It is solving problems such as, video meetings,Team chat, calendar & email, whiteboard collaboration, cloud phone, and AI assistant.

Team collaboration- Zoom keeps everything in one workflow, saving me time and reducing miscommunication.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace offers a seamless experience for virtual meetings, webinars, and team collaboration. I particularly appreciate its ease of use, even for non-technical users. The video and audio quality are consistently good, and the screen sharing functionality works smoothly. Integration with other tools like Google Calendar and Slack makes scheduling and managing meetings effortless. Breakout rooms and whiteboarding features are also useful for team engagement during workshops and training sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom Workplace performs well overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. The desktop app occasionally takes time to update, and some features are hidden within menus, making them slightly difficult to access for new users. Also, free-tier users are limited by time restrictions on group meetings, which can be inconvenient for longer discussions or project planning sessions.

Zoom Workplace solves the challenge of remote communication and collaboration. It eliminates the need for physical meetings, saving time and travel costs. It allows our distributed team to stay in sync through reliable video conferencing, real-time messaging, and shared workspaces. The ease of use and stable performance make it an essential tool in maintaining productivity and efficiency in our day-to-day operations.
Zoom is the easiest way to reach people through out the state!!!

Some of the settings are not easy to find.

Do not have to travel to meetings. Able to talk with customers on Zoom.
