Zoom is a great resource for Teacher Education!
What do you like best about the product?
1. Easy Scheduling
2 Lots of great tools such as annotation, share your screen, break out rooms and white board.
3. Compatible with lots of programs such as web browsers, powerpoint, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. At times, there are issues with sharing accounts with others. Such as blocking sign in and having to verify computers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have faculty and adult learners all over the U.S. and internationally. It makes scheduling meetings, check-ins and classes very easy. I love all of the tools to make an online experience just as effective as in-person!
Zoom works great for our 12-step meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to schedule; App works well on Windows, Mac, iPhone and Andriod; Love the copy invitation feature to send email invites; Breakout rooms allow us to have different topics of discussion; Enjoy the virtual backgrounds
What do you dislike about the product?
I know I've had the occasional problems, but cannot think of one which I remember, so nothing bad enough to remember to complain!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows for 12-step people in recovery to attend meetings when the pandemic had everything shut down.
Elegant, trustworthy solution
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is by far the best video conference platform I've used (and I've used all of them!). It's the perfect combination of quality (audio/video) and simplicity (easy to navigate) -- but still with plenty of features needed to get work done (whiteboard, reactions, etc).
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's confusing that some changes can be made in the app and some need to be made within the web interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a hybrid team, we literally could not get work done without Zoom. Our entire team uses Zoom daily to connect with each other and a variety of partners, both locally and nationally. Zoom helps us get work done collaboratively.
Zoom has been a helpful tool for our organization during this time of remote meetings.
What do you like best about the product?
Our organization can meet with some members in person and some remote. This allows for better connection and some face to face time in the midst of a challenging season.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there are a lot of people in the meeting, you cannot always see everyone clearly. Some people still have technical issues and "glitch" during meeting with is distracting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has allowed our leadership and board of directors to meet consistently regardless of the quarantine status of our team. This has kept our organization moving forward when it could have become very difficult due to lacking in person communication.
Zoom just works
What do you like best about the product?
It's reliable and works well for internal and external meetings. The virtual background technology is improving and helps make remote work more professional for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Zoom would update in the middle of the night on its own. It's frustrating when an update hits right before a meeting. It would also be nice if the recording management offered some easier editing tools for our sales team to send snippets of a meeting to clients instead of the whole thing. Some corporate clients of ours aren't able to access Zoom due to internal IT restrictions so we have to use Microsoft Teams with them. I wish Zoom would work on satisfying enterprise security concerns
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes working remote easy. Zoom also works great externally with our clients, many of whom are using Zoom for the first time. This makes the experience frictionless

What do you like best about the product?
The personal feeling and great quality of video and audio.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom sometimes does not show my meetings for the day. I'm not sure why it doesn't but it skips some meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed my small business to be more competitive with larger firms. I have expanded my customer base nationally now. My business performance has greatly increased, as well.
We used Zoom for online tutoring during Covid and are still using it. It's very user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can share your screen and also that everyone can interact with each other and also write on the screen. What I also like is that you can see each other and the connections are good.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I start a meeting I always have to change the share button so everyone can share. Sometimes it's also hard to understand people because the speakers and mic is not connecting at the first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us and students doing homework and tutoring during Covid while the schools were closed. It helped us to provide a service to parents who needed child care.
A good solution
What do you like best about the product?
I use my zoom account for business meetings, classes that I teach, and also family gatherings. I really like that I can record to the cloud, makes it easy to get the recording.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. Everything works pretty seamlessly. There are months, though, when I might not use it, and I'm still paying the fee - so that might be a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's difficult to get people together for in-person classes still. Zoom helps with that a great deal. And then having the recording is great in case anyone misses the live.
Zoom Helped my Business Grow
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Zoom for the last several years, even before Covid made it a household name, and I loved working with the platform. It's easy to use, and stable, and I love the innovative things Zoom has done over the years with backgrounds, chat, and connections to YouTube and Facebook.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't like having to use a password or waiting for clients to be admitted to Zoom meetings. However, I totally understand why that came about during Covid days. To be honest, I'm so used to it now that it really isn't very bothersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves two things for me: 1. It gives my clients and me a stable platform to share information, and 2. It interfaces with YouTube and Facebook so that I can broadcast my work to my community. Before Zoom, there wasn't an easy way to do that.
Zoom just works
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a simple solution that appears to just work and most people can figure it out, even elementrary kids.
What do you dislike about the product?
The floating windows can be frustrating. When sharing a different monitor, zoom collapses to a floating toolbar, then chat is minimized, etc. Zoom should stay to a fixed window and not separate chat, participants, etc., and stay maximized. I would prefer to see a preview of what the student sees, especially when using two or more monitor (which most business users have now).
