Exceptional quality, especially for the free version. Best cross platform experience.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that zoom allows for cross-form video conferencing and manages the data transmissions well. In addition I love the ability to easily share screens and chat during a conference.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there should be a few more options for the free tier experience. I think specifically the time should be upped to one hour for up to three folks connecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to host small group events with older folks who are keeping safe by staying at home has been the biggest problem solver. Having the ability to still visually check in with technology that is accessible to senior folks is essential.

What do you like best about the product?
The sound share is a tool I use all the time and it works great. I don't normally experience any issues in screen and sound sharing.

What do you dislike about the product?
Membership can be a bit pricey, but at the end of the day it is worth it if you use it on a daily basis.
I would suggest discount for paying members after one year or so.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Group tutoring sessions works great, I am tutoring mainly online groups now and it has solved many logistic problem like showing videos, audios and my screen in general.
Zoom has amplified business opportunities
What do you like best about the product?
Features such as chat, reactions, whiteboard, breakout rooms, share screen, gallery view of participants, number of participants visible, ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes with an upgrade features change or disappear and there isn't always an easy fix. For example, when I forward a powerpoint slide (I use 2 screens) I lose the view of my participants. I have reached out for a solution with no luck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Added the 'call me' feature for participants logging in. I wish it weren't quite so costly though.
Zoom Makes Connections
What do you like best about the product?
Using Zoom over the last 2.5 years, I've been able to grow my business & expand my network, connect with those who matter, & build a robust networking community of dedicated artists with aligned vision & goals to my own. Before the Pandemic, I never used to care for video calling, but now, I prefer it to other communications! People want to call me on the phone, and I tell them, "Nah, let's hop on a Zoom!"
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if Zoom had multiple-destination streaming included. As an online content creator, I go live often, and I dislike paying for multiple services to do the same thing. I have a subscription to Zoom AND to Streamyard, but if I had been able to use Zoom to simulcast to Facebook, YouTube, and Twitch, I would have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote communication has never been more crucial than it is now. The ability to meet with my clients through Zoom and walk them through any troubles they're facing using video and screensharing is immensely valuable to me.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface - setting up meetings, adjusting settings, integrating with my calendar. Almost everyone I interact with knows how to use it, so we spend less time on technical support at the start of a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you're on an annual meetings plan, you can't add any of the add-ons (like webinars) on a monthly/as-needed basis. You either have to take them on annual basis (which is really expensive - especially if you only need them sporadically) or downgrade your monthly meetings plan to a monthly subscription (losing the annual meetings subscription savings). Feels shady.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing video calls can be time-consuming in some apps - managing all the calls in one central location saves me time and increases productivity, efficiency, etc.
Feature Loaded and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Zoom has a load of features and they keep investing to make it better with each update they do. It's also very intuitive. So I don't have to take a class to figure out how to do things. I can just figure it out on my own. They also have great service. They have solved the issues I've had quickly and pleasantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with the plugin on outlook was a little glitchy. I don't know if that's a Zoom thing or our cloud thing. If some how this already came included with Outlook that would be great but I guess that will never happen since they have Teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They've fixed and actively improve the security of Zoom. This is crucial for our organization as we have employees all over. Our performance with Zoom has caused us to be able to hire many remote employees. Thus we have increased our talent pool to choose from when looking at candidates.
Great for someone on the go
What do you like best about the product?
It works on any device that can reach the internet!
What do you dislike about the product?
Impersonal. You don't get the "real" face to face, however, it's as close at it gets if not in person!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When someone works from home, they can still be a part of the meeting. Also, if I am on a call with someone and want to show them something (screen share) we can quickly jump on a zoom call to share.
Quick and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's easier to learn than Teams, and provides phone-in options for better audio. Sharing screens is straight-forward and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could press a button to have Zoom call me to join a meeting - the way Google Meet works.

Quick meetings where I don't have to lose valuable working time traveling from place to place.

Simple and easy to set up and use. The quality is great for what we use it for. The best part of zoom really is how much we can share with our clients and reps right from zoom.

What do you dislike about the product?
Everything works well with zoom, i do find the biggest challenge we have isn't while we are using it.
but when we record a session, the quality could be much better. Im using a 4k camera and im not getting 1080p recording. this should be fixed

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with clients. We went from driving - knee cap to knee cap type of business- to being 95% virtual. It helped us expand our business in all areas, and helps us connect with our team INSTANTLY all from home

What do you like best about the product?
I can do my coaching business all around the world and help people if any ethnicities get the healing they deserve. With this, I also am able to share my own mindset, knowledge and life experiences to record my podcast. The sound is great, the image is as well! The many different options like recording, break out rooms and polls are all making this experienfe amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a different interface with the cellphone but there is not much downside for me. I would have to think about it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can work with people who are not physically in my hometown, I get to be closer to my friends aroubd the world. It saves time instead of being stuck a traffic to meet up. People attend their appointment more easily because they donmt have to consider a before and after appointment and all is done in the comfort of where you want to be.
