What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the interface. I've had no issues connecting, inviting others and sharing my screen as a user and as a host. ZOOM offers the best user interface, in my opinion
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the time limitations are frustrating. I work with a non-profit and the time limit really placed a hindrance on how we could use the tool to help others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work 100% remotely. ZOOM allows me to be 'present' even when I'm not.

World-Wide Connections
What do you like best about the product?
I am involved in volunteer work around the world fitting people with hearing aids that can't afford them. Zoom has allowed me to not only smoothly connect and communicate with my patients but with its share screen, request remote control, and chat features, I am easily able to program my patients' hearing aids by seeing and controlling their computers. We also love having fun using the different filters and stickers you can add to your video!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier for me to create my meeting ID. I like that I can custom-make my password but creating an ID would be nice. It would be nice if there was a user control panel or a button that stayed on the screen or was easier to access on mobile devices. Many of the elderly I work with get confused when they can't see the meeting controls because it disappears on a touch screen device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to travel to patients' homes or have them come to me, I can just handle their appointments virtually on a platform they are comfortable and familiar with. It's also been very beneficial in connecting us with family out of state. We can watch movies and play games with them.

What do you like best about the product?
It was very reliable and dependable throughout the pandemic. We were able to hold work, congregation, and professional organization meetings without problems. The administration of the platform was very easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to mute/unmute participants at will was removed from the product. This was a key feature we were using during meetings for older participants. It would be beneficial if this feature were available again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helped us keep our activities going during the pandemic when we couldn't meet together face to face. It also allows remote employees to be part of conversations in other parts of the world.
Fantastic experience with Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has an incredibly clear and easy to navigate user interface. Consistently strong servers mean that we seldomly ever have issues with hosting small and large scale meetings. Also, the Zoom customer service and trouble shooting options are very clear and useful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion Zoom has some issues with 3rd part plugins designed to make scheduling easier. Sometimes meetings will disappear or experience some confusion with the assigned host or calendar issues with the address links. However these are easy to address and don't detract from the usability of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is 100% remote with clients scattered across the globe - we would have a very hard time keeping on track with all of our projects without it. We also use it for all of our internal meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for sure. You don't need to be computer savvy to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
How multiple windows get opened when you join a meeting. Seems like 3 separate windows get opened - why not 1?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simply put - we need video conferencing as not everyone involved with our business is local. Zoom does a great job of doing that.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to navigate through the platform and configure settings, especially backdrops. The buttons are labeled intuitively and there is little technical malfunction.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints apart from the integration with Google. When creating meeting invites in Google directly and clicking "Make it a Zoom Meeting," meeting invitees do not receive notifications on their desktops/laptops for some reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
It's reliable and easy to learn to use. I am not the most "tech savvy" but I was easily able to learn to moderate meetings, and create different "rooms". All of the tools I've encountered with Zoom are straightforward and practical. and it makes it simple for guests to join meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a while to open when joining someone else's meeting. Also, it can be difficult to connect to the car using bluetooth. Sometimes it wants a password when a host hasn't set the meeting up to require a password.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom saves time which in turn saves money, because people trust Zoom and therefore don't feel the need to meet in person.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and even the free version offers many features you might only expect in a paid subscription. Free is always an excellent feature. I have found Zoom easier to use than competitor apps like Google Hangouts and Skype. It's a great feature that you can invite guests to participate and they are not required to install any client software nor create their own Zoom account.
What do you dislike about the product?
The selection of default backgrounds is limited and not always intuitive how to import or where to find additional backdrops. Privacy is always a key feature and the ability to "mask" your surrounding backgrounds affords a small level of privacy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only real problem I've encountered is after 18+ months of isolation, many people are opting to meet in-person because they feel Zoomed-out. Another issue I've encountered and I'm not convinced it is a Zoom issue, but using a third-party microphone and camera are sometimes difficult to use if not set as the default microphone and camera.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom helps integrate a lot of my meetings via google calendar and gmail. I appreciate that it's easy to start a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike Zoom's (as a company) lack of ownership of Zoom fatigue pandemic. More than anything a timer that pop up saying that "you should only look at your screen for" It can look many ways but I would love for them to take the lead on this. It's really hard to find settings in Zoom here overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to hop on a quick meeting. And I really appreciate having a virtual background.
Great for Meetings and Collaborations!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that with a free account you can have a 40-minute meeting. It's great for those smaller companies that are smaller and cannot afford to pay for a membership. I also love that you can do breakout rooms for those who need this feature. It sure was. helpful during the beginning of COVID to have this so we could continue to meet!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the frustrating thing was that I added a user and then my main user meetings would not work. (Sorry that might not make sense.) I had to delete the new user for my original user on the same account to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us to still have our meetings with everyone. During COVID, it was the only way that we would meet especially since we have quite a few people who are in the high-risk category. All of our regular meetings could still go on.
