Very easy and straight forward video chat
What do you like best about the product?
You can see all your participants within your call. The interface is customizable so you can drag and drop people from side to side. You can use the message board for those without a speaker, so no one is left out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing content can get tricky if it is your first use. When exiting a call, the leader at that time can select a new leader, but I don't think there is an option will in a call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote work flexibility is the biggest solution. You don't need to be in the office to have conversations with the ability to see each other. You also get the added benefit of having meetings with large groups of people, something that might not be as practical face-to-face. And sharing content with all those people is easy, and everyone has a similar viewpoint.
Effectiveness of Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
easy to use, practicability, inexpensive. Zoom is effective when it comes to working from home. I would recommend it to everyone that has online meetings. It's a must.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that sometimes connections are not stable. I use zoom at the office and also at home. Sometimes the connection, even though is stable on my app, for example, is not stable on the PC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me to connect with everyone I need in a fast and secure environment. The app is useful and easy to use so it benefits everyone that is trying to have online meetings without headache.
Great tool for virtual meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I use zoom for my virtual meetings and coaching sessions. The quality of the video and audio is excellent. I also like the feature where I can record meetings and store them in the cloud. The interface is very easy to use. I have Zoom on my laptop and desktop computers, as well as on my iPad. I love that I can use it from anywhere, no matter where I am in the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I don’t like is the cost to host webinars. Zoom can be expensive if you need to host webinars frequently. The good news is that they have other offers, such as the free basic plan with limited features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the problem of not being able to see your remote clients in real time. It's also solving the problem of not being able to have a conversation in real time with all parties involved, without having to schedule a meeting and share the same time slot.
The benefit for our business is that we can have a video conference with clients from around the world, so we don't have to wait until they're on an American workday and can schedule a video call when we're available. The software lets our team members across the globe connect and collaborate, which has allowed us to become more productive, while also saving time and money by eliminating the need for travel. We've been able to use Zoom to share ideas, build relationships, and grow our business.

Great for professional and personal meetings.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has many features that can be used to have a very simple or complex meeting. I use zoom for weekly staff meetings instead of having to get everyone to meet in person. We use the basic functions, just video, screen share, mute and unmute. It serves our purposes well and it's free and paid, which means it's available for all kinds of people. This is what we used for all of my online classes too. Very reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that connectivity can sometimes be an issue. Sometimes someone won't be able to join the meeting or get randomly kicked off. Or sometimes the host has to let people in instead of them just joining. Pretty minor things, but sometimes it can take awhile to load when you have to be in a meeting right then. Usually it is stable, but just sometimes messes up.

It used to be harder to meet in person for staff and arrange for everyone to be at the office. Now we can just do it on zoom and still have just as productive meetings with less hassel.
Zoom for Solopreneurs and/or Coaches
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is great because it integrates with many different platforms for easy automation-- especially with my calendar software so when someone books an appointment, it automatically sets up a zoom link - easy for both of us.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I don't like about zoom is that there's a large financial commitment to upgrade into the webinar or more services needed. I also don't like that they changed the free level guidelines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me to meet with my clients in a stable environment. I left Zoom and tried Google Hangouts and I REALLY, REALLY wanted that to work... however, I had issues with the connection and sound -- even with a paid Google Hangouts account. I had to come back to Zoom because it's so highly recognized and easily integrateable.
Great user experience. Effective for meetings.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Nice to have the ability to host meetings with clients even if they are located out of the state. Convenient to send calendar invitations as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is feedback from other users who are using different speakers or microphones, but this is possible an issue on their end and not something that Zoom could fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom saves me a lot of time on the road when I could be doing other, more important things with my time. It also helps me stay in touch with clients who have moved out of town.
Easy way to host webinars
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to set up and host paid webinars.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't allow for tiered webinar sales or packages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When the pandemic prevented me from presenting at conferences, I turned to Zoom to help fill the gap. As someone "non-tech" oriented, I was delighted with how easy it was to set up my webinars and seamlessly incorporate a paid option through PayPal. Following each event, I was able to download reports on attendees which allowed me to follow-up with participants that preferred to watch on-demand as well as send feedback surveys and marketing for future webinars.
Zoom has been a game-changer during this time when meeting in person hasn’t been an option.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is super easy to use, and working with older clients, it is great that we are able to make things accessible and meaningful with limited technical knowledge necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use Zoom for classes, and it can be very difficult to manage letting people in from the waiting room, muting and unmuting, and overall Zoom management, all while actually trying to teach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping us to serve our community year-round, regardless of the ways that COVID-19 impacts our work. We are also able to serve more people who may find themselves unable to attend in-person because of health, convenience, or other factors that otherwise would have kept them disconnected from us altogether.
Good source for online class
What do you like best about the product?
Using the zoom is most popular online class for long distance and local students who cannot attend physical class every day. Also it is very easy to use for instructors, too
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many times change the restrictions. Changing cost also increased too many times.

We cannot maintain number of licensed users. Sometimes we need more sometimes need little less than regular
Zoom is wonderful for podcasting
What do you like best about the product?
As a podcaster Zoom helps us create and Manage our guest schedule.. It is helpful be able to send invites in advance. Audio and video quality is consistently good!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike needing to manage the waiting room tbh.. At the beginning of every meeting I am force to disable the waiting room.. It is not a feature I require.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to quickly have meeting to discuss our upcoming shows, and the give us the benefit of using the same interface for the actual show.. The consistency saves us time and allows us to do test meetings preshow to tackle any AV related issues.
