I use Zoom Workplace mainly for video meetings, team chats, screen sharing, and collaborating with colleagues in one unified workspace. What I like most about Zoom Workplace is its reliable, high-quality video conferencing with easy screen sharing and seamless integration with persistent chat and file sharing, so I can switch between calls and team discussions without losing context. The initial setup of Zoom Workplace was very easy.

I feel like the workspace organization and advanced collaboration features of Zoom Workplace can be less intuitive or polished compared with dedicated project management or chat apps. This sometimes makes it harder to keep conversations and work neatly structured.

Usually it helps me to connect with prospects for the systems I sell and without Zoom it would be pretty hard to safely meet with them online. So it solves a big problem.
