Best video software platform

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is my favorite part. With a software like this you just need it to work and it always does.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a ton- zoom has come a long ways since the start of the platform. It's a really tremendous product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run sales teams all over the world and this platform lets me do that in a super streamlined way!

Made lifeline connections during Covid

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom enabled me to continue teaching my older adult students providing them a lifeline during Covid. It was easy to use and I had great success with the quality of calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't have any major problems. There were a few people who could have benefited from even easier videos showing them basics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allowed us to continue serving our community members during the pandemic and we realized we can reach more people by continuing to provide online classes using zoom

Great for our solar presentations

What do you like best about the product?
Helps homeowners see the entire sales process from start to finish and allows them to be in the drivers seat when building the solar system for their home. We love using zoom
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. everything seems to work well

They allow us to be able to help homeowners not only in our state but nationwide and not have to travel.

Zoom for education

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom really allows me to connect with my students as if we're in the same room! The various features Zoom offers such as chat, whiteboard, and video filters allow for fun, engaging sessions that feel personal and fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I've found is some users have a hard time pulling up their "tools" to annotate on the whiteboard. If there were a button for this on the bottom toolbar, that would make things easier!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom continues to update the app and resolve any bugs that arise! I'm constantly amazed by how often the app is updated, but my Zoom sessions are always smooth and without issue, so the updates are doing what they're supposed to do.


    Business Supplies and Equipment

Very easy to use. Quick Learning curve and doesn't slow down my computer like other applications.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use always is reliable and video quality is always usually good. Sharing a screen is easy and it just works. Zoom seems to be able to not bog down my computer like some of the other applications that we use as well. Regardless of what application the people we are connecting with, it just seems to get the job done. It's been a great tool to help us through covid and just as a day-to-day application to keep all our organization connected since we are all over the US without different teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
video fatigue but that isn't something that Zoom can control. The other issue that we have ran into is just the new security settings that require our teams to have several layers of security. It seems to lose the ability to have a single click to join and all fo our users seem to have different experiences even though we set everyone up the same in the admin portal. Some folks are requires to have waiting rooms and it isn't the best experience for always having to designate an alternative host or have someone be a delegate to schedule meetings for everyone like an admin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting me with prospects and customers to make business more efficient and cost effective. We still do a lot of our business in person but we are able to meet with multiple clients all over the world in a single day so that we can be more effective with our reach for our sales team. A big benefit as well is just the ability to be able to see people face to face while we are so far away.

Most Valuable Tool for My Coaching Business

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom for my coaching business. As a trauma recovery coach, it's extremely important for me to be able to see my clients and guage their reactions not just from what they say, but also their expressions, posture, body language, etc. Zoom gives me that ability through a reliable platform that is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I didn't have to have a waiting room or a passcode to get in to sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom to do my video calls, as well as webinars, podcast interviews, and other face-to-face connections in my business. I love that I'm able to have face-to-face conversations with people all over the world.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is to start a meeting in zoom and get everyone on the same page. It has been a great tool to work remotely and get every to login smoothly.

I would use Zoom over other options any day. Love that it connect to other platforms like Google.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many things currently I do not like. I wish the app version of zoom had a more detailed interface.
I also struggle with the lighting issue on darker skin. Would love some help
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the fact that majority of my colleagues are in a different time zone and space than I am. We are working together like we are sharing an office.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to share screens, record meetings, and have many people on a call at once. It's easy to join a meeting via computer or phone. It's relatively easy to set up a meeting and share the link with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The screen freezes or the audio cuts in and out. It would be good to have some kind of bandwidth test to make sure your internet is strong enough to allow you to share video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly, Zoom helps me screen share so clients can see reporting and behind-the-scenes issues with their website. Many times clients are remote and it allows me to meet with them any time of day.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. I love how quick it is to set up meetings.. everything about it is great. Screen sharing is a plus, it's the reason why I got it. I don't know much about the competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no issues with any of the service. Nothing that I don't dislike about Zoom. I can't really think of anything that can make it better than it already is..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I've been working from home for the past 2 years it's kept me connected with all my clients. I am productive with this program. Performance has increased.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how accessible zoom is and it is easy to navigate. It seems that everyone is able to access it and understand it, especially those who are not tech savvy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the limitations regarding anonymity. Some people are not fond of making accounts, especially to networks that have video and mic access so that would be my only "hangup"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom seems to be client focused and promptly responds to issues that come up. They seem to be constantly improving and willing to adapt to address concerns, as well as staying innovative.
