Features like longer meetings, webinars, cloud recordings, and reporting are only available in paid plans. Quality may degrade on slow or unstable internet connections. Some features only work in the desktop app; web client is more restricted.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace for online meetings and collaboration with my colleagues, and I am very satisfied with its functionality. The platform is easy to use, with clear and stable video and audio calls. I especially like that it allows screen sharing and real-time teamwork, which significantly facilitates remote communication. Also, the application is available on multiple devices, allowing me to stay connected even when I’m away from my computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are brief signal interruptions or reductions in video call quality, especially when the internet connection is weak. Also, the free version has a limited meeting duration, which can restrict longer conversations without a paid subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves the problem of effective remote communication and collaboration. It allows me and my colleagues to hold meetings and work together in real time, even when we are not physically in the same place. This helps us stay connected, share ideas quickly, and complete tasks efficiently without the need to travel or meet in person. The platform’s reliability and ease of use reduce technical difficulties, making remote work smoother and more productive for me.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how reliable Zoom is for meetings and webinars. The video and audio quality are very clear, even with larger groups. It’s easy to make or join a meeting, and I like that it works the same across desktop and on phone too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally it takes a few seconds to connect when the net is slow, and some of the advanced settings are very hidden, and you need to dig deep into it, but nothing major.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom really helps us align the meeting in shortest time possible, with internal and external teams, regardless of location. It helps us run virtual meetings and events in a seamless way and saves time compared to arranging in person meetings, It is very convenient and easy to use.

It's intuative and fast. I've never had any issues with zoom.

So far there isn't anything to dislike about zoom after about a year of using it.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how everything is integrated into one place — meetings, chat, whiteboards, even file sharing. It’s way easier to stay organized without having to bounce between different apps all day. The interface is clean and intuitive, so it didn’t take long for the whole team to get comfortable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notifications can get overwhelming, especially if you’re part of multiple channels or teams. I’ve had to tweak the settings a few times to avoid getting distracted. It’d be nice if there were smarter defaults or more granular control right off the bat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s helped cut down on the chaos of using multiple tools for communication, meetings, and project updates. Before Zoom Workplace, we were juggling email, Slack, and separate video platforms — things would slip through the cracks. Now, everything’s in one place, so we move faster and communicate more clearly.
