Ease of use. Access for all. Admin use.

What do you dislike about the product?
Time limits.
Toggling through multiple screens to see all of the "faces" on the call is a hassle.
Have options to reduce the size of each video window so that all panes can be viewed at once.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is keeping people safer and more efficient by allowing work (and meetings about work) to take place anywhere with an internet connection. We have become more efficient with our time management due to Zoom.
Straight forward user experience
What do you like best about the product?
Helps me connect with my clients and build relationships. I appreciate the ease of use and ability to quickly set up meetings. It would be helpful if there was a way to fully integrate into Outlook without having to copy/paste invite info.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations with other software to improve efficiency in setting up meetings or presenting the log-in info with less "clutter." I end up deleting almost all of the meeting log-in information because it's not pertinent if there's no password required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me connect with clients without having to be in person. Zoom allows me to have face-to-face interaction and provides me with a reliable platform to work.
Reliable and consistent service
What do you like best about the product?
All audio and video functions work consistently well, rarely experience lags or drop offs even with poor internet connections. User interface is intuitive and simple to navigate. Recording function is excellent and I like the option of video or audio only.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, but if I'm being really picky the video background fidelity is lower than I'd prefer. The Zoom links for recurring meetings seem to give my teammates problems when joining the meeting sometimes, as if the link generated is incorrect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like everyone, Covid has forced business people into remote communications instead of face-to-face. Zoom has enabled me to create stronger personal relationships with clients that would be far more challenging via email or phone. As a consultant, building trust is critical, and zoom has been a virtual blessing to assist my efforts.

Easy to use and integrate a team that are working remotely

It would be nice to have an easier way to set up a meeting to be run by someone else.

Our office has moved to partially remote, and zoom makes conferencing easier
Zoom is a must have tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is helpful because it allows flexibility for meetings. I appreciate that we can log on anywhere anytime. This lets everyone stay on the same page more frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom tends to freeze alot. Sometimes you can still hear people but other times you can't. I don't think this is Zoom but perhaps having a better internet connection.

Allows us to connect anywhere. It's hard at times to get all team members together. We are more productive because we can collaborate more. People stay on target a lot more.
Zoom rocks our business
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been the most stable platform we've used. We have clients from around the world on every type of computer setup and everyone has been able to join calls without trouble. It's intuitive, easy to operate, and easy enough that my grandmother can access the platform. However simple it is, the tools are powerful and encourage collaboration across the user base.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the hard part about zoom is the waiting time. There are times we start a meeting, the host is waiting, and the platform is waiting to let someone into the meeting. It takes 2-4 minutes at times. We know that we are all waiting to be let in as we are texting/slacking each other trying to figure out what's going on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We like to meet our clients face to face. It's helps to solve basic communication barriers. The platform encourages communication behind the scenes so we can do a private check in during challening meetings.

What do you dislike about the product?
Every few times chrome updates (seems like biweekly now) they disconnect the extension for zoom so I am not able to send invites from google calendar
Very annoying because Zoom does not believe in customer service/tech support being available
Have to do it through chat and takes 2 weeks (how long it took to find the problem I was having with blurred background) to get a tech support person to actually screen share where if I could just get a live person on the phone, it would be done in 45 minutes (how long it took when I called in to cancel my auto-renew and the lady felt bad for me and helped walk me through finding the extension)
I remember in the early 2000s lawsuits of internet providers throttling other providers services and maybe Zoom needs to do that since google is pushing their "teams"

As an insurance agent, I no longer drive 40k plus miles a year to meet with clients

Connecting Over the Miles
What do you like best about the product?
I have a small spiritual direction practice that involves meeting with clients once a month for about an hour each time. Before the COVID-19 pandemic, I only met with clients in person. About a year after the start of the pandemic, I received a request from someone in another city who wanted to schedule spiritual direction with me. I was not sure how well I would be able to connect with someone using Zoom, but I offered to try. It turned out that our one-on-one Zoom meetings were just as effective as my in-person sessions with other clients had been.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the close of my in-person spiritual direction sessions, I typically hold hands with my client and pray for them. With Zoom sessions, I still end with prayer, but I miss the simple touch of holding hands.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the height of the pandemic, I would not have been able to continue offering spiritual direction without using Zoom. I also discovered that a group of spiritual directors I knew from our years in training had changed their monthly peer supervision sessions from in-person to Zoom meetings. That allowed me to return to peer supervision with the spiritual directors I knew who lived in another state. I have now registered for peer supervision via Zoom through Spiritual Directors Internations. None of these connections would have been possible without Zoom.
Easy, cost effective method of hosting meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom was very easy to setup. Free to include others. Lots of great features. Compatible with many devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
sound delay makes certain things difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Especially during covid, Zoom provided a cost-effective way to host meetings and other events. It allowed us to keep in touch with others while keeping everyone safe. Outside of covid, zoom provides us with a way to make events accessible to those with mobility issues and gives us options during winter months.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup and use, it's very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it logs me out when it updates, which it does pretty often.
