Easy To Use with Regular Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to set up and use. I've used it personally and professionally with seasoned computer users and beginners. It is easy to learn and easy to teach others how to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Zoom can be too aggressive with its marketing and promotions. I'm constantly being asked to upgrade even when I have the plan that works best for me. I'd like them to be more strategic in how frequently they invite me to upgrade or add a new service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is providing a way for teams to work remotely saving time and travel. We served a large geographic area. Before using Zoom, staff spent a significant amount of time traveling to the weekly and monthly meeting locations. Zoom saved in travel time and costs.
Very good to perform interviews
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I do not have to be present in the meeting for it to happen. Sometimes I do need to delegate some meetings and zoom doesn't require me to be the one to open it. Also, it is extremely easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes meetings that end on a time don't allow another meeting to start. Ex; a meeting ending at 10:30am will not allow another meeting to start at 10:30am. I have had to delete previous meetings to make it work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to start meetings without me being the first one on them.
PROFICIENT
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Zoom is the ability to attend meetings without going into an office or anyone else space. Its easy to access for my attendees by using a phone, desktop, or tablet.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Zoom is sometimes the connection isn't great. When it goes out it seems that my attendees lose valuable information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not aware of the problems Zoom is resolving. I receive emails stating updates are done.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very intuitive and easy to use. I find the prompts as you set up meetings and webinars helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little to dislike. Everything always works perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom always seems to be in tune to upgrades, reviewing what they offer and new aspects to make the experience better and more productive. Participation from our members has increased.
Zoom for the WIN!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been so helpful with offsite meetings, allowing everyone to be part when we can't meet in-person.
What do you dislike about the product?
The password protection was sometimes a bit cumbersome but easily rectified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has allowed us to keep working when we can't be in person! And we have found that we can do quite a bit more with our organization because of Zoom! We have more opportunities to schedule meetings without worrying about employees' availability to come into the office. We can meet anywhere and anytime.

How easy it is to collaborate with teammates, I also love that it integrates with HubSpot & Outlook.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it makes my browser I am sharing painfully slow...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of being a global company with employees and contacts around the world. It allows us to collaborate and progress our work and our companies while sitting all around the world. It is far superior to slack as a video sharing/conference calling platform. This is the reason our company uses slack, but then Zoom for important meetings and calls

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Pro account is easy to use and it's incredibly easy for those unfamiliar with the platform to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love everything about Zoom. I've been using this platform for years and the updates keep getting better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been using zoom as a remote community events organizer for about 4 years. It solves my question on how to bring people together in easy and efficient ways.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the interface with my calendar. I also like the control I have over guests, such as when they are admitted to the meeting, I can mute everyone and easily host breakout rooms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used other services and for video conferences I find Zoom easiest to use both as a host and participant.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability for clients and customers to log in easily - ease of use for the customer experience
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's not intuitive and confusing for me - things keep changing - for example, now the student comments are turned off in chat by default and I have to remember and manually turn them on each time I host a meeting of webinar - it's annoying that the defaults change without allowing us to choose.

Teaching remote classes, events and workshops

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the breakout room options and the ability to share screens. I also like the option to record meetings and to toggle between speaker view and all participants.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it didn't take so long to convert the video recording after the meeting ends. I also wish there were a way to automatically send meeting recordings to participants after the meeting ends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to teach classes to more students who live further away. Allowing for the convenience of meetings without having to meet in person. Also, the recordings allow people who missed a class to go back and watch it later.
