Smooth and reliable

What do you like best about the product?
The biggest upside to using Zoom is that I can use it from my phone. This allows me to be on the move and still take meetings. The application is very responsive and user friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
The add ons are what I dislike the most. It would be great if they called that back. The need to download the app on my PC is also something I an not a fan of. I would rather use it in my browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has been the most benificial to me with conference calls and webinars. This has given me the ability to reach out to more people than I ever could previously.

Easy, Intuitive, No-brainer

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is intuitive for even the most computer illiterate. The location of icons is consistent across meetings and webinars, making it easy to teach novices how to navigate. And it works almost glitch-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
Opening a PowerPoint deck full screen makes it very hard to see everyone, and impossible to monitor the chat...it takes over everything. Also, the mobile application is very awkward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with several different nonprofit organizations across the country. Board members come from different places and different experiences with technology. With Zoom I can bring them all together, take notes with them watching, share screen, share documents they can edit, and do it without having to use my time and their money for me to travel to them. In many ways, Zoom is often better than in-person, especially when I put participants into breakout rooms.

A very customer friendly website for professors

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a great site that has helped professors a lot, particularly during and after the pandemics. It was easy to learn and manage. For the students, it is also a great site since classes can be recorded and the whiteboard can be saved at the end of a class session and both the recording and the saved whiteboard pages can be forwarded to the students later on, so in case a student could not make it to class for a given reason, he/she can have access to the material that was covered.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything to comment about that I do not like about Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As explained in the first question, it is a very customer-friendly site, easy to learn and operate and since the sessions can be recorded and the whiteboard pages can be saved at the end of a class, everybody can be benefitted.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is probably one of the most useful programs for holding conferences, meetings, and lessons.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom needs to work on getting rid of lag and connection issues. Also I would add more features to make it more compatible for online lessons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the problem of the lack of convenient programs for holding online meetings for multiple people.

Zoom Is A Great Way To Stay Connected Even While Staying Home

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been a business and personal lifesaver during the pandemic. Staying connected while staying home, both with my business colleagues, customers and even family and friends has kept me productive and sane. I'll continue to use Zoom even as the pandemic wans. I very much like the way I can control how much of me I want to share - sometimes you just don't want audio or video on during a meeting. The screen sharing feature is great and I really love the new whiteboard feature, too. I attend several Zoom meetings every day - and not having to plan in travel time (or costs) is a huge boost to my productivity and bottom line.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not the biggest fan of the mobile app. It works just fine but the screen real estate is a little too crowded for me. And, the set of functionality is reduced. It's great in a pinch like impromptu meetings while out and about. But, I do tend to stick with the desktop app as my primary access point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom expands our ability to meet and communicate with people without getting on a plane, reserving a conference room, or driving to an office or meeting place. The savings in time and money is enormous.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that zoom provides the option for password protected zoom meetings. Being able to switch between gallery vew to one single speaker is a plus. I find it helpful that zoom offers an option to "spotlight" one speaker and permits me to mute the other partiicpants when I am conducting a class
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that there is no way for the participants to keep their cameras on so I can see them, but nobody else can. It would be helpful to have an option to hide participants from other joiners, but for me to still see them. This would create a move private teaching experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not sure what problems they are working on or how they may benefit me. When there was a security breach in 2020, zoom quickly fixed the issue with added security measures, and I appreciated that.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very simple to create a meeting, send it out and begin presenting. Compared to other apps like this they are not as user-friendly as Zoom is! The pricing for this app is second to none, it is a very reasonable price for what we are using it for. when you are needing support they respond at a decent rate and are always there to help you with your problems. I have not had many problems using it, more than less it's been just trying new things and them walking me through each step as they can.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will be honest, there is not much I dislike about Zoom. It has checked all the boxes for me and I will not change them, it is easy to use and getting support is very simple. the only thing I would have to say is that just having other users sign up could have been a little easier for me, it was a struggle at first but once I was helped out it was easy to figure out from then on and then teaching the users was easy as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping me solve business during covid when we were not able to meet in person, offering this service for free was a life changer for me! Our business has increased and we are seeing it go up more and more with the use of Zoom, we sell equipment and when we were dealing with covid it was easy to show our customers products and go through quotes with them easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the chat feature and that we are able to be in several meetings at once. The breakout rooms are perfect when teaching classes and needing to pull someone to the side.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some audio issues that seem to be consistently happening. When sharing the screen and audio I get a lot of lag and delay for other viewing what I'm sharing

Zoom is solving communication problems. I am able to use the chat feature throughout the day with my coworkers and also host meetings when needed. Great benefit to have

What do you like best about the product?
It's reliable. It completes a recording without having to press the record button. You have an excellent record of yuur event to share at a later date. Other competitor platforms are glitchy.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I'm unable to access my own meeting as host when a partner platform has arranged my meeting on my behalf. It should be a no-brainer to be able to access my account when I'm logged in at all times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to meet people in person all around the world. Being able to speak to clients in the 4 corners of the globe. Yes, it's time saving. It means I can have back to back meetings without moving from my desk.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease in which my customers can connect with my computer so I can show them the benefits of our custom sinks visually. This is a huge upgrade in our customer service and overall appeal to our prospective customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
From my perspective, the only negative is that the emails I send to my customers to connect on Zoom often go to their junkmail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My website is very large and somewhat difficult to navigate. By sharing my screen with potential customers I am able to navigate quickly to the appropriate pages and photos. This has significantly cut down the time I must spend with clients on the phone. The feedback we have garnered from customers indicates they feel this has been a huge upgrade.
