Great product. Simple to use yet robust in features
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of which you can jump on a meeting and get connected in a meeting. Literally takes about 10 seconds to connect when using a desktop version of the app. We use Zoom each week for online Bible study in our church and it's super easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've noticed that elderly users have difficulties getting audio and video to work properly when they use a tablet or a phone. I realize that part of that is the user, but I wish that troubleshooting could be easier for the elderly. Perhaps a troubleshooting wizard in the app??
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since Covid 19, we meet online on Wednesday nights for Bible study rather than in person. Zoom helps us connect digitally and stay connected spiritually when otherwise we might not be able to do so.
Zoom simply works the best. It's the easiest to use and very reliable.
What do you like best about the product?
Remote control of screens that are shared by participants. It makes Training and Troubleshooting very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The banner that shows on the participant's screens that only the participant can see and not the host. It blocks a large part of the participant's screen making it difficult to get things done. It is difficult to tell the participant how to minimize it when the host can't see it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do remote training and IT troubleshooting for a number of different people. This has made the process of getting both of these things accomplished. With a quick call and zoom meeting I can do these things from my office and not have to travel to the customer's site.
Zoom Serves Multiple Functions For My Online Business
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of zoom is and the fact I can save the videos and transcripts to my local computer. I also love the reporting so I can see when participants drop off.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the video quality isn't as great as I would like. I have high speed internet so my video typically looks ok but if the participant's video looks horrible. I really wish I could record participants video in a separate file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves my client meetings, my virtual employee participation as well as video recording for my online programs. Zoom helps with the documentation process with it's reporting to my clients. If they are missing sessions, I can use the reports from zoom to show whether they showed up to their scheduled meeting or not. This has helped tremendously.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everyone I work with trusts Zoom and is happy to use the platform. Other services are hit/miss if the client is OK using, but Zoom has great features and all our clients feel good using it
What do you dislike about the product?
screen share while video & recording takes a lot of PC processing power, and sometimes my internet connection cannot support it. I wish it would work as well when I have lower amount of connection

Zoom allows my business to connect with my clients in a personal matter; with COVID changing the way we interact with our clients, Zoom allows us to connect and has helped out business.

Convenience of holding meetings and collaborating with others without having to meet in a physical location.
What do you dislike about the product?
As much as it is a luxury to not have to meet in person, physical interaction is important. Sometimes we rely too much on zoom.

Quicker more efficient meetings. It frees up much needed time that can be used for other business opportuniites.
Great tool to conduct remote business
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone is familiar with how to use Zoom as a result of the pandemic. I used to use Skype but nobody can every remember their loggin.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is always frustrating when there are connectivity issues. That is more of an issue with the internet provider though.

Allows me to conduct business remotely and to record conversations to be released as a podcast.

I was able to do many activities during the pandemic thanks to zoom. From having interviews, advocacy meetings to Christmas dinner

The functionalities I like in other platforms is. To have notes accesible in the call to retrieve later

The hability to have face to face interactions and working with a remote team and feeling you have met them without having met the team irl
Zooming through meetings
What do you like best about the product?
It's user friendly and well designed. It has a solid UX/UI setup. I also thoroughly enjoy the ability to use the whiteboard and collaborate with team members and the breakout rooms are helpful as well
What do you dislike about the product?
It only lets you know it needs to update right before a meeting and doesn't let you wait until after the meeting. This is a huge issue that has repeatedly delayed meetings
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves lots of problems but the main one it solves for me currently is the ability to quickly and conveniently communicate with multiple business partners throughout the day.

Confirmation does not include the day of the week, only the date and time.
More and more the software is geared toward big business, leaving single-practitioners or small businesses feeling marginalized
The option for a webinar is too expensive. It gives no flexibility when it comes to the size of the audience or low frequency.
Tutorials do not help address all questions--or take too long to try to find an answer.
No for-pay option of tech support per case.
Why is an AOL address not considered a business address when their filing system is still way above the quality of others?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a novelist whose book tour was halted by COVID. Instead, moving to Zoom, I ended up with HUNDREDS more appearances in areas to which I would not have been traveling.
Working with Zoom for 5 years, Zoom has been amazing in quality for video, sound and recordings.
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to remotely work on other's computers (when access is granted) is a HUGE help, especially with the ability to not have to buy additional remote software. Quality of video/sound and ease to access recordings.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, not being able to take advantage of many of their great offerings due to my company already having many of the same features already in use (Slack, telephony). Not Zoom's fault as they have some amazing features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are 99% remote from home company and the ability to be able to work with them, as well as work on their computers has been immensely helpful. Before we went remote, we had been using Zoom Rooms made connecting with our international offices every day super convenient.
