Zoom isn't perfect but it's the best I've used
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the most reliable video meeting/conferencing service I've used. Our company has used Zoho Meeting, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet, and Zoom is by far the most stable and reliable. The picture quality and audio quality are more consistent than the others. A lot depends on the individual users' internet connection bandwidths, so none are perfect all the time. However, we've stopped using the other services because of annoying and persistent quality issues; and because Zoom is the easiest get everyone into a meeting. It's so easy to get people on a meeting. Almost everyone has a free Zoom account.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time limitations of the free account, but that's understandable. They can't be giving away their services for free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a consulting company and do a lot of meetings with clients who are on the low end of the technologically savvy spectrum. They aren't good at figuring out interfaces and new software unless it's very simple. Zoom meets this low barrier for clients very well. It does video conferencing and screen sharing in a simple interface really well.
Zoom - A Great Webinar platform
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a great webinar tool. It has a simple design and user experience which makes it's not only easy to understand from the user experience, but more so from the back-end. Everything is laid out in a way that is much easier to understand than most other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom provides everything you need to run an effective webinar, it is lacking some of those extra perks. I'm not sure exactly what would be missing, but I'm sure a quick comparison between other platforms will highlight that. That said, it's more of a nice to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very easy to set up webinars from the back end and connect to our marketing automation platform Marketo. This allows for a perfect sync. Between Zoom, MAP, and Salesforce, we capture everything we need.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is extremely is an easy-to-use platform for anyone needing to connect a community of people in different locations and Time Zones. The system is safe and stable.
What do you dislike about the product?
One challenge we have with Zoom is being able to connect to multiple social media platforms to increase our reach. We are able to go Live on Facebook but not other social media.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problem we face is reaching people in different countries and Zoom solves this problem because we can record the webinar and send it to those who are unable to attend.

What do you like best about the product?
being able to see who I am talking to and being able to share content during a meeting
What do you dislike about the product?
not having all features available for all paid accounts. Such as co-hosts. When sharing screen, system should automatically deactivate virtual backgrounds and automatically turn back on when sharing stopped. virtual backgrounds can interfere with shared screen content when the chromakey color is on the shared content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
face to face contact with ability to share screens is fantastic however some users are not techie. Need simpler host or participant tools to request control of anothers device.
Zoom Is A Gamechanger For Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
We have a remote team and clients based around the world, so Zoom allows us to interface with everyone seamlessly. The presenting features help us to win new business and convey our needs to the team easily as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've tried several other solutions like Google Meet and Microsoft Teams, but Zoom is the clear winner in this category. The only caveat is that clients must install the platform on their device in order to attend meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is bridging our virtual team together, so we can accomplish more faster. The video features allow us to present to our prospects and clients and have been a great way of winning business.

What do you like best about the product?
Anytime I can collapse time and distance to achieve a business objective or simply connect with a colleague or family member using Zoom is one of the benefits of Zoom Technology that I appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my situations require using different devices and platforms for my Zoom sessions. Whether I'm using an iPhone, iPad or Windows Laptop, I notice nuances in functionality or features that require different settings for audio, bluetooth, wireless mics, and integrated webcams. Ideally, it would be nice to be standard across all devices to create a true "plug and play" usage of Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has broadened my reach to customers in countries across the globe that I wouldn't have had otherwise. Being able to have recordings is a definite benefit for "re-use" and quality improvement.
Zoom is the meeting software we rely on.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has helped our organization streamline meetings. It's easy to use and to send links to colleagues or clients. We love that we can choose the settings before a meeting so our meetings always go smoothly. Reliable and we have had little to no problems with connections.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside can be the price for bigger events like webinars. We would do more of them if the price was a little bit more affordable. But ultimately everything works well and if you can afford it, it works perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped our team stay connected all over the world. It integrates well with some of the other platforms we use, so it streamlines virtual meetings and webinar.
Zoom with no time limit is great!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration of the sharing feature to show the current screens on your PC/Mac. I like being able to show the people attending the zoom in real-time to help with projects and getting documents to be view.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time limits when people contact us and it runs out at the most inopportune time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting virtually is easier with Zoom and is easy accesibile. The emailing of the appointments makes it easy to immediately invite attendees.
Zoom is easy, pretty reliable with a lot of functions
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can schedule different meetings, there are options for screen sharing and there's a chat box. You can save the chat box too which is good for notes and networking.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes crashes even if I have wifi. I'm not sure if that's an issue with my computer or with Zoom. I also wish it recorded videos in better quality, it's blurry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get to train clients online so I am able to train more clients and not have to spend time driving. Also great for networking, I can meet a lot of people without leaving my house. Zoom rooms are nice too!
User Friendly App Makes Teaching Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the quality of audio and video allows me to focus on my content and the student. The app is flexible in that I can play a video or use a whiteboard to show details.
What do you dislike about the product?
The whiteboard app is a bit clunky and does not scroll, so I have to use an external app for that; also, annotating can be a little cumbersome when I want to scroll down a pdf.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to meet remotely has given me a wider reach, removing geographic barriers, and has saved me time, allowing me to take on more clients. Since it is also easy for my clients, little time is wasted on technical issues.
