Very convenient and handy tool

What do you like best about the product?
You can connect with people from different locations, either via video or without. You can create security levels with no time limit on the duration of your meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am paying for two accounts, one for business and another for bible study as I can't have two consecutive meetings at the same time. I would love if I could set two differnt meeting with one account and one monthly or annual payment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to travel to other people's homes or even to other provinces, I can meet them from the comfort of my home. They also do not to prepare their homes to welcome me as a guest which could even take their attention rather than focussing on the business.

What do you like best about the product?
How fast and simple it is. Definitely easy for my clients to use and myself.

I use it daily and never have any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how it costs more for the webinar version of zoom and how it doesn't integrate with Mailchimp perfectly unless you sign up for the webinar version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run a remote financial planning abd wealth management firm.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite tool is sharing my screen. Moments ago, I just completed a team training by sharing my screen and walking my team through a new application for Project Management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Zoom had a Windows 10 S application. My work laptop access is limited to Browser viewing mode and the connection to my meetings are slower. My workaround is to use my work laptop to share my screen in browser viewing mode, then use my iPad or cell phone for video/audio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to virtually meet and see my teammates has helped me connect with my new team since we all work remotely. It has helped me build deeper relationships with them and be more appreciative and aware of their work tasks outside of our meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
The auto scheduling, ease of transitions between screen sharing and speaking, ease of sending Zoom links and invites, user friendly for people that are new to the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Zoom invite call in/log in options can be cumbersome to read for those not fluent in using Zoom as often. Would be nice if there was a "simple invite" or online only invite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to serve clients across the globe, in any location, at any time. It gives me flexibility in my own life and scheduling, through its ease people are more comfortable with it.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use. Users of various skill levels are able to use with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I've had is with my plan I am the only administrator and I'd like to be able to delegate a call to someone else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom mostly for personal use. It was extremely helpful in allowing my friends and family to keep in touch during the pandemic. We set up weekly calls and have continued them.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to use & the new updates with breakout rooms recently

How it always signs me out on my computer it seems
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solved the problem with not being able to meet clients face to face during Covid -- but also been a huge plus with sales training country wide & expansion!

What do you like best about the product?
In my experience zoom has the best connectivity. The meetings are stable and do not have gaps in performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish people could connect easier via cell phone. Their wireless connections don't usually support video. Probably not a zoom issue though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes things more accessible for people with disabilities, it also saves time, i can record interviews and send them to my clients to watch at their own pace.

Best Platform for my business

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has made it incredibly easy to run my business on the go. I can meet with my clients anywhere as long as I am connected to WIFI. I have used other platforms before and I have had so many issues with integrating my website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel Zoom has done a good job of making sure I am aware of all updates ahead of time. They have remained an affordable price for my business over the last three years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is figuring out how to connect business owners with consumers from anywhere in the world. They are helping by providing an incredibly strong connection when it comes to video conferences.

What do you like best about the product?
it works as a video conference program. Screen sharing works well. the chat feature is fine. I don't really enjoy using this product as much as it doesn't activly bother me most of the time
What do you dislike about the product?
the whiteboard feature is very difficult to use well. When we try to use it in meetings we generally give up pretty quickly.
It is easy to forget when you are muted. a more aggressive mute reminder when it detects you talking would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are a 100% remote company so we use zoom for all meetings and also for quick collaboration during the work day if I have to show a coworker an issue or explain how to do something in one of our programs.

Zoom Saved My Business

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easily I can set up meetings and get the info to my guests. I like the way I can change my background to reflect my values to my clients. I love that I can screen share and allow my clients to screenshare. I like that I can host a meeting and stream it! It's the best thing that has happened in a long time!
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess the only downside is that for some people, with less than ideal internet connections it can get glitchy, but that is becoming less of a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to meet with my clients at any time we're in front of our computers. I am a freelance website designer and I am able to have clients anywhere in the world because I can not only meet with them to begin the discussion of their website (or graphic) design, I can share my designs with them and get their feedback without having to leave my office. The problem it solves is the time and distance factor that often proved to be difficult in the past. Additionally I am able to train my clients to use the products I sell them in real time while I watch them. That is a huge time saver!
