Zoom is the most powerful and game changing tool of the decade
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is incredibly easy to use. It does not require a software purchase. It allows users to feel that we are seated in rooms and we are coming together as community.
What do you dislike about the product?
The difficulty arises when either there is instability in the internet connection or people do not know how to mute and/or share! Would love to see more "alerts" the leader could put on the screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is resolving the issue of geography, especially in the time of Covid and even post-Covid. Less time is wasted, people can work from home, etc.
Zoom is an excellent tool to keep in touch
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is quick and easy to use, and it allows you to have face to face communication with those important to you
What do you dislike about the product?
zoom is great, but when the system freezes, and/or the internet connection drops, things can get frustrating
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is ensuring our monthly community board meetings can continue during a health pandemic. That is HUGE!
Zoom makes it super-easy to hold webinars, meetings and recordings. I've been using Zoom since 2017!
What do you like best about the product?
Using Zoom rooms for small gatherings. Being able to upgrade to Zoom webinars for more formal webinars - but only when I need to. Recording sessions. It's better than its competitors for sure!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we weren't charged for the storage of audios/videos. I hate having to remember to delete old audios/videos. It would be better if there was more room for storage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I host webinars for my paid clients, free webinars for prospects, and I often appear as a guest expert for other business owners. This has led to more clients and more income for my business.
Zoom is still a great tool to have in use for my various teams
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of accessibility & use is my favorite thing about zoom. I utilized zoom before the pandemic for a couple of years so it was not a "learning curve" for me when the pandemic came around. This is a great tool and I appreciate your summer "zoomtopia" conference where it is accessible and a great place to see innovation with customer feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
not too much - I have always been very happy with the product. I wish that it was more price accessible to all - many people do not have it in their personal budget for one more subscription service, especially students or folks living paycheck to paycheck - would like to see it more accessible to all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, I was utilizing zoom quite a bit before the pandemic. Now there are many competing platforms. I still pay for a zoom account as it always gets used in both my personal, professional & volunteer spheres. I also appreciate its reliability when other platforms are not accessible for a team of people I need to connect with in a pinch.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows me to run my coaching business from anywhere in the country. Because I love to travel, this flexibility allows me to live my Fabulous Life.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of Zoom is that not every client is willing to work virtually. However, since the pandemic, this challenge is all but gone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to serve clients across the world frim my home office. What a magnificent opportunity!
Zoom is an easy to use, reliable meeting software for meetings of any size!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of scheduling meetings and inviting attendees. Running the meeting is simple and it is easy to monitor attendees and the chat. I also appreciate the reports available on registration and attendance. The connections are always reliable and the recordings have been easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike! I wish the standard meetings would allow you to set up reminders 24 hours before and 1 hour before the meeting for meetings with registrations only. It may be a feature, but if it is it isn't promoted or easy to discover.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom eliminates unnecessary travel for routine meetings and gatherings. It has robust features that allow you to incorporate a variety of media into presentations easily. The flexibility of upgrading and downgrading the account type is very helpful from a business perspective as well.
Continues to be a streamline process for my business

It continues to allow ease of communication when visuals are needed.

sometimes the connection is an issue but that is the only thing I can point out at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to communicate with my team in other states quickly and also do video meetings with clients
Simple interface, popular, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
What's the most important to me and the most helpful is zoom's market penetration. Most everyone in my circle is familiar with the interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the URLs sent out with an invitation which open up a webpage and then opens up the application. There should be code to open the app directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to get all of the team into one room that mimics being in person. We all work independently in different locations but can come together for group interaction.
Stable but it does not always integrate well with my day to day administrative work tools.
What do you like best about the product?
Its reliability and how easy it is for others to join the call without having any issues. The ubiquitous nature is very helpful when we have so many external meetings on a regular basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not always work when trying to integrate meeting links into different tools such as Google Calendar. It should also be easier to dial in without needing to have an access code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us quickly have meetings with external participants. It is cost-effective and reliable which is what we need when interfacing with so many external parties.

Subscription should be more transparent.
