What do you like best about the product?
Recording meetings are great for meeting note recaps. Playing the audio back to ensure you did not miss anything is valuable! Other video calling options I've used just don't seem to be as seamless of a process in reviewing the recording.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any bad experiences. All features available are great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Covid really changed the way we do business. We've been able to utilize Zoom for interviews to limit contact, meetings with the cities and contractors that cannot meet in central locations and conduct staff meetings with those still working remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
I use zoom to host calls for an online class I teach. I appreciate the ability to create recurring calls, record calls, and give access to the recording.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a lot that I dislike about zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to teach a class to people all over the county or even the world. Zoom make things accessible.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been so amazing for so many reasons. First, the convenience of the application has made communication so incredibly easy and accessible. Zoom is also very affordable. I use zoom for work very often and appreciate the blurred background feature as well. Zoom also allows me to keep in touch with family who are out of state and includes them in big moments of my life they would otherwise miss. For example, I had a virtual housewarming and baby shower via zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many things I would say I dislike about zoom. I would say the copy and past invitation links have way too much included, but i am unsure if there is much that can be done about that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the problem of requiring me to attend in-person meetings and getting rid of the negative feeling I have if I can only call into a meeting using my phone.

What do you like best about the product?
Most people have familiarity with the tool so the learning curve is short. Breakout room capabilities are excellent
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom changes account rules without enough notice or visibility. We were able to host more than 100 people in our convenings on Zoom but yesterday we noticed a cap of 100 after the meeting started and people could not join. Zoom could have made an exception and billed us later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are allowing participation from people who either have long commutes or are in other parts of the country/world. I am not sure if it lends to an improvement in productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
After Covid arrived our Family History society branch fell apart, just like so many other charities and other organizations. People were reluctant to come to meetings and that reticence has continued even after infection rates have fallen.
I transferred all our branch meetings to Zoom, and now when I polled our members, they did not want to go back to meeting by leaving home and coming to a hall; much better to remain indoors. They also save petrol, which is so important nowadays, and getting more so,

What do you dislike about the product?
I have not yet found an easy way to replace the raffle which we always used to run in the meeting. That was a good way to raise funds. Maybe Zoom could find a mechanism??
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People are reluctant now to come out of their houses. That gets even more extreme in winter weather, and now the cost of petrol is another major factor.
High quality teleconfercing but even the most basic plan is expensive
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely high quality even with low bit rates. Easy to setup, everyone is now familiar with how it works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even the most basic of paid plans is expensive. Makes it tempting to switch to one of the free alternatives. Webinar is not provided in the basic paid plans.

Meeting people across different time zones without having to meet. Quality teleconferencing.
Connection, Communication, Conversation
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is an excellent platform for people to connect and collaborate virtually. Over the last few years, Zoom has provided me with amazing opportunities to work with educators from all over the world -- from running workshops to coaching sessions to collaborating with teams to engaging in important conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Comparing Zoom to other virtual platforms of its kind, Zoom is my first choice. There is nothing specific I dislike about Zoom. It is easy to log in, easy to set up, and easy to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom provides me the opportunity to meet any time, any place, which has elevated our work. It provides an opportunity to connect visually rather than just on the phone. I love that I can reach out to other educators, set up a zoom, and have a F2F virtual meeting rather than just email, which often can be misunderstood without facial expressions.
Zoom is easy to use, share screens for reports, see the other people on the meeting and enjoy others
What do you like best about the product?
I don't have to worry about going over the time limit on the free zoom. Our meetings are meant to share with each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like it all. There is nothing that isn't working at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helped us through the pandemic to meet on a weekly basis to have that connection with our congregation. We chose to continue using Zoom so that others from other states could join.

What do you like best about the product?
The features, like Raise Hands and Mute, are user-friendly. It is very easy to schedule meetings and e-mail invites. The Screen View options provide additional ease of use options.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if the Save Chat was always an option for attendees. This is especially useful when large amounts of information are provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not aware of any problems that are being resolved at this time.
Zoom For Working Remote
What do you like best about the product?
Allows me to connect face to face during meetings when working remotely. I like the ability to share screens and turn off my camera when desired as well. When working from home especially, Zoom can be very convenient and make work efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general, my experiences using Zoom have been positive. Setting up events with Zoom has been confusing at times though and there are occasional technical difficulties that I have run into.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping to maintain productivity and connectivity in the modern work environment. It allows me to be present when I can't always physically be on location for meetings.
