What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a user-friendly video conferencing platform that’s widely popular for both personal and professional use. Its intuitive interface makes it easy for anyone to join or host meetings without technical difficulty. One of Zoom’s standout features is the Breakout Rooms, which allow hosts to split participants into smaller groups — perfect for interviews, workshops, and team collaborations. Zoom also excels in screen sharing, offering a smooth experience that enhances presentations, training sessions, and real-time collaboration. Combined with high-quality audio and video, it significantly boosts productivity and communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Zoom Workplace from the last 3 years and had never found anything to be disliked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workplace is easy to use.
integration of AI-powered tools (AI Companion) baked into many features. meetings + chat + calendar/email + whiteboard + notes + productivity tools + workspace/room management. There are more productivity and workspace tools in addition to meetings.
i use it on a daily basis for my work.
i am happy with customer service they provide. every organization should implement this app, since its very easy to implement

less tech-savvy users feel overwhelmed. It takes time to learn where everything is.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been my go to meeting software for years, it is always easy to use and you can use it everywhere. It integrates with most everything so I use it pretty much every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is the battle between web app and zoom workplace desktop. One calls the other just fine but there is a momentary battle for control as they switch and the web app is persistent rather than closing once the desktop takes over. Having the browser page close at desktop takeover would allow the presenter an ease of use in that the other tabs they have ready to present would be ready to present.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of my business meetings happen on Zoom, occasionally someone will request Meet or their own (Upwork insists for example) but generally speaking, it's zoom. It solves my meeting place problem. Instead of having to drive 30 hour to my office downtown. I can set up on Zoom, out a background behind me and I'm in a professional environment in a business meeting. That simple.

I like the access of multiple people from all over the world being able to access the virtual meeting in zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
How slowly it is to allow someone to join. As well as being kicked out of a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The issue with joining. Or the lag time of joining a meeting.

The features are better, quality is better hands down.

Even after selecting to always allow to connect to zoom it still asks. Sometimes it is hard for clients to figure out how to connect everything if they ate not tech savvy.

Nothing comes to mind at the moment.

Zoom is easy to use and very intutive, it has also become the standard in the workplace so it is easy to use across companies and industries.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of popup windows to get to the meeting room after to select the link, which can confuse some people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is bridging the gap in being able to meet people virtually when in person meetings are inconvenient or not available.

What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful about the Zoom workplace is that it consolidates multiple tools into a single platform. The necessities like video meetings, chat, phone, whiteboarding, file sharing, etc, make it much easier to find without having to juggle separate apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about the Zoom workplace is that there are connectivity issues that still need to be resolved. Also, there are a lot of features that I dont even use so it's kind of overwhelming to me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides collaboration for my students to make them more engaged. The whiteboard feature as well as the sharing of the control keeps my students engaged during the lesson

What do you like best about the product?
Let's be honest, we all know Zoom for its rock-solid video meetings. The quality and reliability are still the best in the business, and that's the foundation of everything. I love the entire "Workplace" around that core. The biggest win for me is the integration of Team Chat. it's a fully-featured chat tool that lives right next to my calendar and video calls. I can be chatting with a colleague and, with a single click, start a video huddle without needing to schedule a formal meeting. It completely removes the friction of switching between different apps like Slack and Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface can feel a lil bit dense at times. Because they've packed so many features into one application, finding a specific setting or function can occasionally take an extra click or two compared to a simpler, single purpose app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem Zoom Workplace solves is app fatigue. Before, i was constantly juggling between Slack for chat, a separate app for video calls and Calendly for scheduling. Information was scattered everywhere, and just switching between windows was a drain on focus and productivity. Zoom Workplace brings it all into a single, cohesive environment. The main benefit is a streamlined workflow. A conversation can start in a chat channel, escalate to a quick video call, be summarized by AI, and have the tasks scheduled, all without ever leaving the Zoom app. This has saved a lot of time and, more importantly, mental energy.
Zoom is the standard for good reason.

Zoom is easy to use and is pretty standard so the integrations work well, it's stable, and the features are very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if zoom also worked in a browser. Sometimes if meeting with somebody who isn't using zoom, they have to update first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a fully remote employee, Zoom gives me the ability to meet with my team anywhere and anytime.
Awesome experience for Group Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Whiteboard and cooperative doc building helps a lot with most processes and our weekly meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the meeting is big or someone does not have appropriate hardware, the meeting will take too much time.
