Yoga Zooms help my students across the country!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can share my screen, and music, or I can share ideas in the chat. It is easy to use. Most people are capable of using Zoom. I can mute all participants. I can pin my screen. I am grateful for the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I can not touch my client, which is one challenge with online work. However, I can see them if they turn their screen on and that makes my work on Zoom better than it would be if it were on a phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped me to interact with clients that are across the country or world. I am able to to offer my services and interact with my client. Though I wish I was seeing more people on Zoom, some people are also fatigued and only want to work in person still.
Better than Webex, Gotomeeting and Meets - SO EASY TO USE!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to install and use. Intuitive interface. Easy enough for seniors/non-techies to use. Stable and consistent audio and video. Prioritizes audio quality and frames per second over higher resolution, critical to actual real-time communication.
Interfaces well with OBS and Streamdeck.
Keeps adding more and obviously well-tested features, never feels like a buggy release.
Price is comparable or competitive to the other paid options out there.

What do you dislike about the product?
Only 1GB cloud storage for a Pro account? C'mon, that's just being cheap! $50/month for additional cloud storage? That's highway robbery?
Would love to see at least 10gb storage included or dramatically lower the price of the cloud storage. I don't record to the cloud much due to this high price.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kept my business alive and pivot-able during the height of the pandemic and is paving the way forward for a brick-and-mortar business to extend into e-commerce!
Useful for the times
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easily accessible it is and how it has made our current future easier to do when we can reach people from all parts of the world. I also love how easy the interface is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes (especially with chrome products), there are a lot of bugs or issues that arise. For example, the camera won't work or the audio and it's hard to fix it when you have a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When Covid started we had to start using zoom to organize the classes that we used to do in person. All the instructors had to use it as well and we had to adapt rather quickly since we had to keep working 24/7 to make sure we are providing the services we have always provided.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to record my ls with clients and share easily with them. I love that I can connect with multiple people at once and plan live classes and worKshops. My business can't function without it!
Fun and Easy Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to schedule weekly meetings. I enjoy the different virtual backgrounds and fun things we can add to our faces to add some fun. I mostly use Zoom for weekly Sunday School classes with our youth and it's fun to add hats and things to our faces. We also started to learn how to use the whiteboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. We are still learning about the different features of Zoom and so as new things are added, we will learn them and see how they fit with what we are doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During this time of Covid, it was helpful to have Zoom. It seemed to be the easiest of the different options for our church. We did try other ways to meet virtually but we always came back to Zoom.
Wonderful way for connecting to clients
What do you like best about the product?
Using Zoom has helped me connect "face to face" with far more clients than ever before. My sales territory covers states from the Midwest to the Rockies and this has allowed me to have one to one meetings as well as group presentations and it has helped close many more sales much more quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, very few dislikes! The one thing is I'd like to be able to select times at 15 minute increments rather than 30 (but that's really minor!).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me do presentations to groups across a much wider geographic area than I am able to do in person by traveling. It has led to many more contracts converting to sales.

We started with zoom prior to the Covid19 outbreak as a way to reach more people in the large geographical area that we cover for meetings. It was a blessing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started with zoom before the Covid19 outbreak as a way to reach more people in the large geographical area that we cover for meetings. It kept us all connected. We cover an area that is most of West Virginia and parts of Ohio, Virginia and Kentucky. We can have meetings and training without making people drive hours to attend. We have been able to connect with people from all over the country as well. It has made many things more efficient.
Great in a post pandemic world
What do you like best about the product?
It has made virtual and hybrid meetings very easy in a world that has changed post pandemic.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are a small non profit. It would be helpful to have more than one user without have to pay a higher fee. It would also be good if Zoom offered a lower fee for an individual account with fewer restrictions.

Many people have become accustomed to virtual meetings and this allow for greater participation
Using Zoom to Coach Students Across the Globe
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to impact student outcomes in math for those close to home as well as those throughout the U.S. and abroad. Gone are the days when students can't get the help they need due to distance! I especially appreciated Zoom's support for the educational community to ensure that all could access and use the platform to continue to educate students on a digital platform. I also love the whiteboard, one of the newer addition.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say I have any dislikes. I've tried other platforms, and Zoom has by far reached, and oft times, exceeded my expectations. I can't say I'd add anything to Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping to provide some control over COVID-learning loss. Students can attend classes virtually during periods when they are quarantined. The same goes for teachers who are deemed high risk-they can teach their students without sacrificing their health and family's health. Zoom is also helping the educational community to address student absences that have also been an issue. The difference now is that Zoom has been proven an effective learning platform for all.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been helpful in communication and collaboration during the pandemic with my clients. I love that they offer HIPAA compliant options as well which is necessary as a behavioral health therapist. I also work with kids, and Zoom has always had a screen sharing functionality that is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when the other user does not have the upgraded version of Zoom, they tend to get kicked offline during our calls. I would like to see improvements made here as I don't think that should be the case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has solved large scale video conferencing without breaking the bank or the web. They have added several features that are useful for others using the platform such as chat, break out sessions within large conferences, and white board.
