Very convenient for meetings ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to implement and use. We use this every single week. Customer support is awesome very knowledgeable and will help right away. Very easy to integrate and install the app. Very good features such as video and little emoji it has. Very highly recommended.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very minimal connection issues if any and very seldom occurrence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting remotely and very easy to use. Very convenient to provide link to others to use zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom keeps us all connected, is an easy way to maintain remote first culture, and works all over the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everyone from other companies uses Zoom so sometimes it's difficult to pivot to another video system when we are so used to Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the issue for our company that we are located all over the united states and often need to meet to discuss various company topics. I also am the recruiter for my company and we conduct all of our interviews over Zoom, which allows us to add an extra personal touch to our hiring process.

A little bit on the more expensive side, as it offers you pretty much meetings and webinar capabilities, while others like Microsoft teams and Google meet, is offering the service with bundle of much more services with same price or even less - depends on the pack

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom Workplace is an extensive collaboration and productivity platform with features such as chat, meetings , whiteboards, etc. It is perfect for hybrid teams!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Zoom Workplace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace provides a platform which multiple team members can access and collaborate - no matter where they are located. Our Zoom is integrated with Otter.ai which enhances the level of engagement.
A Must-Have for Remote Work
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is reliable and easy to use, with clear video and audio quality. I like how it makes remote meetings simple and productive, and the collaboration features like screen sharing and chat are very helpful. The platform works smoothly across devices, which makes it convenient for both work and personal use

I dislike that some advanced features are only available on higher-tier plans, which limits flexibility for smaller teams

Zoom Workplace solves the challenge of remote communication by providing reliable video, chat, and collaboration tools in one place. It helps me stay connected with colleagues, run productive meetings, and work effectively from anywhere.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workplace is very easy to set up. Also, once you have a Meeting going, creating rooms is a breeze, and managing those rooms is also very easy. For me, this is imortant as I teach online, so when I put students in pairs, in these rooms, everything has to work smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the extra features can be a little confusing, such as setting up whiteboards. But honestly, I think this is just me not spending enough time in getting to know more about this feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Zoom Workplace allows me easily and securely to have online classes with groups of students that can then be paired in groups by putting them in rooms.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility to be able to create meetings, events, lessons, rooms, and debates, and additionally, the integration with the Google Workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web version doesn't always work for the end user, but it's Perfect for the admin console.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to generate a conference for 250 listeners in a very easy way.
