The Best Video Meeting Program
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Webx, Teams, and others - Zoom is simply the easiest to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of my scheduled meetings do not show up in the Zoom client dashboard - I have to go to my calendar or email and click on the link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am in the insurance business. So many employees work remotely now. Zoom allows us to still have that one-on-one, 'face-to-face' meeting with employees when we help them during their enrollment. A very important function in zoom is us being able to give control of the mouse/screen to the employee so they can sign their documents.
Zoom is is very user friendly and allows me flexibility to effectively present my material.
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and screen features, such as screen sharing and display options, i.e., such as gallery vs. speaker view.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the ability to use the split screen option when recording in screen-sharing sharing mode. I don't like the little screen in the corner of the recordings.
I am disappointed in the customer service. I have asked numerous questions about a concern I have about this issue and have had no response. I would like to be able to talk to a real person about my concerns.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to produce videos of my courses and interact with my clients across the globe.
Best product on market but still room to improve
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is by far the most useful and accessible (can use on desktop, able to use it on phone, and even call in to use it on the go) platform on the market right now. It's the industry leader so most people you interact with have the product and there is no hastle using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
While zoom is everywhere, sometimes the UI and settings can be a bit frustrating to deal with. I feel it can kinda be seen as clunky and a few features are behind competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the problem of employees and customers communicating across the world and not being in person. We've moved a lot of our onboardings onto Zoom and no longer have to pay to fly people around the country for setups.
Accessibility is optional and hidden away in menus
What do you like best about the product?
The accessibility features on zoom when the people who are leading the meeting are intent on accessibility are amazing, however there is a learning curve that many do not get over to accomplish this because they are optional features that are hidden away in menus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that I cannot put an attachment in chat - sometimes in work meetings the entire meeting will be delayed trying to get an attachment into google drive and then make it shareable because it could not be simply put into chat the way that it needed to be. The view options are too limited. When screensharing from my own computer, the process of accessing my tabs at the top of my screen to switch between chrome tabs makes my zoom menu suddenly activate and block the way - just have it be a static menu that sits in one spot. When I'm hosting the meeting on mobile, the spot that normally would have chat suddenly has record, and that has caused tension in confidential meetings. The security features on zoom have gotten better but they've never been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to work from home and knowing that most people have heard of zoom and know how to use at least the basics has been very helpful as a disabled person who is chronically ill and cannot guarantee I can get out of bed on any given day. I still am very limited in my professional capacity, but it is better than it would be if I had to get to meetings in person, and better than it would be if I constantly had to learn new video conferencing platforms or help others learn the video conferencing platform.
Great Service!
What do you like best about the product?
We are primarily a "remote from home" company, Zoom makes it easy for us to still have face-to-face contact and share our screens despite being miles away from each other. It's also way cheaper than renting office space.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't come across any problems using Zoom. It's a great service that we will continue to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of not being able to have face-to-face meetings due to team members living in various locations across the country. Zoom allows us to communicate easily with each other and share our screens so we can provide visuals to better get our point across.
Vital Connector
What do you like best about the product?
We have utilized zoom polls, breakout rooms, and accessibility functions for the deaf and hard of hearing. They have provided vital and built-in connections.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a zoom session is configured, it can not be revised for certain specifications unless it is scrapped and reconfigured. Flexibility would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Polls make voting for our organization seamless and easy to record and certify.
Great for team trainings.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use as the facilitator and the participants. Have option to join via audio and video which are supported on several platforms. Have the ability to easily customize breakout rooms.
What do you dislike about the product?
For our agency, Zoom is meeting our needs. Maybe if we were doing more advanced functionality we might have some concerns or suggestions for improvements. At this time, we do not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed the ability to train a large number of staff virtually who could be working in the office or remotely. We needed to be able to support multiple platforms from phones to desktops. We needed ease of use to support individuals with varying technical skills.
High quality video and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
We have been very pleased with the quality of the video and audio during meetings. It is easy to set up and share and has been very reliable. I also appreciate that the mobile apps work great as well - both as a host and a participant.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, the only thing I have disliked is there was a learning curve to using the system well. It did take time to figure out how to most effectively use Zoom, but once I took the time to figure it out, I have been very pleased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem Zoom helped us with was communicating effectively in a virtual environment. However, now that we understand the power of Zoom, we can quickly connect with team members around the world.
Zoom is easy to use and offers superior quality for basic web services.
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite aspect of Zoom is the screen-sharing feature. As an educator, I greatly benefit from the adaptability of this feature: it seamlessly enables me to control the screens I wish to share with my viewers. The design of this feature-- specifically the "share screen" button, as well as the pop-up window that thereafter displays multiple screen-sharing options-- appears thoughtfully designed with my interface in mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe there is considerable room for growth regarding the application's whiteboard function. In addition to frequently slowing my computer functioning down, I tend to "lose" the whiteboard landing page when I present my full screen with multiple tabs open on my computer. In addition, I think the whiteboard feature would benefit from efforts toward increasing its functionality + accessibility. To be specific, the typing and drawing tools on Whiteboard do not personally "feel" intuitive to me as I use them. In all, I observe that Whiteboard currently mimics AUX principles of Microsoft OneNote. I reckon by contrast, however, that it'd be better served to parallel that of Microsoft Powerpoint: a widely used, navigable application that facilitates design/formatting options, and visibly queues "slides" to archive a user's generative content in real-time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been a subscriber to Zoom since 2020. Over the past two years, I have witnessed Zoom improve the reliability of its streaming service. I rarely encounter issues connecting with other users, which I especially appreciate in light of my profession.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping everyone to have well ordered meetings, online classes and above all it allows to make a recording of the session for those who can't make it.In short it makes life simple and enjoyable.
