Zoom has helped me confidently show up for client meetings with ease.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom helps me have clear communication with my clients. I love that I never have issues with it cutting out or losing signal like Skype used to. I can easily screen share and show them what I am working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that zoom automatically cuts off after 40 minutes. I feel like most calls are typically an hour long, which makes me have to pay for the service. I think the cost per month for that feature is too high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me communicate with clients that live in other states from me. I can get a more in person connection- much better than anything on the phone. It has helped me feel more confident.
Zoom works for my small business
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can admit people when I'm ready, have the ability to create breakout rooms, can present/share my screen, and also allow others to become a host or share their screen as well. There are many settings that allow me to customize my experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connectivity is not the best, although it may be due to my and others' individual internet services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves my problem of how to deliver content in a group setting by presenting with everyone muted OR making the meeting discussion-based in an organized way be people raising their hand to speak. They can also contribute to the meetings through the and connect with each other personally through the chat.

What do you like best about the product?
Not needing to travel or relocate to meet with a team saves valuable time. It is easy to share files and discuss as a group. The chat functions work very well and have been quite helpful. There are SO many options...breakout rooms etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
How you appear on camera - lol. What I dislike is more user errors than the program itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to continue business without interruption when factors keep team members apart.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is stable, smooth, and "it just works". It's easy to use additional features such as screen sharing, recording, etc. Great way to keep everyone on the same page and aligned in a remote environment. Also love Zoom Clips to capture short recorded video, been a lifesaver and much cheaper than Loom
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom's user interface, user experience can be improved. Nowadays, people typically know how to use Zoom, but it's still not very intuitive for someone coming into the software new. It's expensive and there was an outage a while back
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping us solve the video conferencing problem and that benefits us by allowing us to communicate clearly and easily with remote team members, customers, and partners.
Zoom has the best features for interaction and easy training.
What do you like best about the product?
The interactive features and the way that we can easily build training for people and clients. Makes it super easy and accessible. Also, it's easy to do breakout rooms and other features that make the experience better.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, I don't like the way breakout room setup can be challenging. Specifically, I'm referring to the ways it's sometimes challenging to change the groups or rebuild specific setups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom gives us access to many different clients and populations that we wouldn't be able to reach if it wasn't for how easily accessible Zoom is for all. Zoom reaches many diff folks.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the amount of integrations available via Zoom with other software such as my calendar and Eventbrite.
What do you dislike about the product?
The difficulty in doing concurrent sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with communities around the world is a necessity for the community outreach work we do. This way of meeting allows us to capture audiences we wouldn't otherwise have access to.
Keeps My Business Zooming
What do you like best about the product?
As a professional photographer I have clients that work all types of hours. Zoom allows me to meet with a client and review images or edits at a time convenient for my client without me having to meet them at the studio.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since Zoom functions differently on different types of devices; tablets, phone, laptop, I do have to spend time helping a client new to zoom learn how to use it on their specific device. Maybe offer a quick video tutorials related exactly to their type of device, when new clients sign up to use zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's pretty obvious that after 2 years of pandemic clients and collaborating contractors may never go back to meeting in person as often. I'm grateful that in a zoom meeting I can share ANY type of software that I have on my laptop with those in my zoom meeting, including video and audio.

Ease of use & the fact that it is user-friendly to non-tech people (Luddites).
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about Zoom! It is always reliable & there when you need it!

We have all our board meetings with Zoom & it has been a lifesaver the past few years! We are more productive in our meetings & they are run much more smoothly via Zoom!

The recording feature, so my clients don't feel the need to take notes and can be fully present during coaching sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I'm either having trouble finding an audio alert feature for when my clients enter the waiting room, or there isn't one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to expand my business from inperson sessions to virtual sessions. I now have the ability to serve clients across the US and overseas.
Zoom has transformed how we do business for the better
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has changed our business from and in person only model to a more flexible in-person and virtual process. We can reach clients and prospects in a way that would have seemed impossible before. The intergration with our current programs has made things easier with Zapier and reduced the amount of man hours used to do daily tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
How to organize and edit webinar videos. I am not tech savvy by any means and would like the opportunity to edit and share my videos right from the Zoom platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made reaching clients that were not able to get into the office much easier. We are now able to send our educational webinars immediately or rebroadcast them when before our clients and prospects would have had to wait for our next live seminar.
