Zoom is easy to use and so convenient!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it possible to easily host meetings with people in various locations. It's a huge time saver and it's user-friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I can think of that I dislike about Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping me to meet with others when time is limited. It eliminates travel time, which is a huge help. It helps me connect with colleagues with very little effort.

What do you like best about the product?
It is efficient and easy to use and just about everyone uses it now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish scheduling was a little easier within Outlook.

Being able to connect with anyone, anywhere!

I can share my screen while talking to our group, it is very helpful

I can't think of any at the moment, everything seems to run smoothly for us. It is handy that you can use on a computer or phone

We can be connected and have meetings without having to be physically together. we get more work done and it is easier to stay on track over zoom versus in person
Asset for Remote Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom gives us as close to face to face meetings as we can hope with our team spaced out across the country. Being able to read body language etc is so important when communicating - texting or emails just don't provide those kinds of cues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still never as good as being in the same room together - and as often as we use it - someone inevitably forgets to unmute...but if we laugh at ourselves...it just adds to the fun.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows our remote team to gather and see each other's faces MUCH more often than if we had to actually travel to be in the same room. We can collaborate much more effectively.
Zoom is great!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is so unser friendly. Very intuitive to use and navigate. Easy to chat, share screens, transfer host-ownership. All around it's our preferred communication!
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom's picture quality is not as high quality as Teams. Setting up meetings can also be tedious. It would be more beneficial to not require a passcode or a host to allow entry. Making that option in Advanced Features can be a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team uses Zoom for all video conferencing internally and externally. We prefer to use Zoom over Teams when telecommunicating with our clients due to ease of use.
User Friendly and Safe
What do you like best about the product?
We use Zoom as a back up plan for classes for our students with COVID. We feel Zoom is the safest option, and it is user friendly for the kids to navigate on their own.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a period when Zoom was undergoing a lot of updates, and you needed to re-download Zoom for it to work properly. This caused some confusion with our clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has made several security updates throughout our time having Zoom. It genuinely feels safer than any other competitor. All of the updates with security seem to be well thought out and a positive response from client feedback.
Great platform with intentional details
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom has thought about several key details from host vs participant permissions, different settings for different group sizes, and some accesibility features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be updated for a more modern look, and there could be more accesibility features. Could also update the app version so you can access all the settings you can on the website
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the issue of connecting on different accounts - often with Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, colleagues from other companies at times struggle to log on because their company blocks them.
Easy to use and keeps all of our remote workers connected.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly Zoom is. We are able to all work seamlessly in a remote environment. Whether it be for a collaborative effort or a one on one meeting, Zoom has the options that we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've been using Zoom since 2018 and so far have not found anything we dislike with the features we are currently using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With being a 100% remote business, Zoom is helping us solve the problems of staying connected in an environment that is easy to be disconnected. We can seamlessly collaborate with people across the world in our business whether internal or external.
Mostly Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows my team to collaborate without getting together in person. The share screen option and whiteboard are most useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I own the pro account and if my colleague calls me, I have to call back or we are on the 40-minute time limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing screens allows us to edit and make changes live or figure out a problem with an image or video
Love the product and its ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
I love how zoom separates video and audio making it quite versatile for use with other products. I also love the ease in which zoom can be used and the many facilities and features it has even at a basic level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price for different parts but then I would imagine most would say that. The cost soon mounts when you start to use more of the available facilities/features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delivery of training over a wide geographical area and reducing travelling costs even for face-to-face meetings. These savings can be passed on to customers.
