Effortless Setup and Seamless Communication
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy and straightforward the setup for Zoom Workplace was, making my initial experience smooth. The ability to communicate and see the people I'm talking to is invaluable, enhancing my communication and interaction. Connecting quickly with support when I have issues or questions is incredibly helpful. These features collectively contribute to why I would consider purchasing it again. Additionally, I value being able to integrate it seamlessly with AutoLeap, which supports my workflows efficiently.

I use the product to communicate with Autoleap, easily resolving issues and seeing people I'm talking to, enhancing collaboration.

Honestly, I can't think of anything I dislike. There were a few times when I connected and the person I was supposed to meet with seemed to be in another meeting. In those cases, I resolved the issue by sending the link again or starting a new meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have daily work meetings and regularly conduct job interviews with candidates from around the world. The company I work for provides this tool, which allows me to connect easily with my team and potential candidates. Thanks to this, I am able to meet my daily objectives without any inconvenience.

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how it brings everything into one platform. The ability to host meetings, chat with colleagues, and share files all in the same space makes communication and collaboration much more efficient. I also appreciate how user-friendly it is—whether I’m on my laptop or phone, it’s easy to stay connected and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it can sometimes feel overwhelming with so many features in one place. If you’re not familiar with the platform, navigating through meetings, chat, and file sharing can be a bit confusing at first. Also, video calls can occasionally have connectivity issues, which can disrupt communication. However, with some practice and stable internet, those challenges become much easier to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is solving the problem of scattered communication and disconnected workflows. Instead of switching between multiple apps for meetings, messaging, and file sharing, everything is available in one place. For me, this makes collaboration more seamless and helps save time during the workday. It also reduces miscommunication because everyone has access to the same tools and information, whether we’re working remotely or in the office.

It's easy to use and helps in many ways, such as teaching and connecting with friends through online live sessions.

Nothing is there I dislike till now its all good

It has been helpful to me in many ways. I take online sessions, such as virtual classes, and my kids also study online. Since I do freelance work, I often have meetings with my clients on Zoom.

its very useful for corporate event like webinar, online meetings, training session etc... also it has a in-built interactive features to make training session more interactive and meaningful.

its free version has a limitation of 40 min, its sometime disadvantage for small companies to afford license version.

some time all the people not able to attend physical meeting, so Zoom solving this solution and we can do online schedule online meeting through zoom and all the person can attend meeting from any where

Best Tool for staying Connected
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of Zoom Workplace, in my experience, is the Breakout Rooms. As a team leader, this has been the best thing that has happened to me. This feature truly allows me to split larger meetings into smaller groups, and as the host, I can move between these groups during the meeting. Zoom also provides the option to record the meeting, which is very convenient.

Zoom is truly a reliable tool. I don't have any dislikes when it comes to using Zoom.

As the leader of a design team working remotely, I often find it challenging to visually present code or project details to my colleagues. However, Zoom's screen sharing and virtual whiteboard features have significantly simplified the process of sharing ideas and concepts. These tools have helped us overcome many of the obstacles associated with remote collaboration. We rely on Zoom for our daily routines, and our team members keep their screens shared throughout the day. In this way, we essentially use Zoom as a platform to monitor the team's work.

While Zoom Workplace is a powerful and convenient collaboration platform, one downside is that larger meetings or webinars can sometimes feel overwhelming to manage, especially when multiple features (chat, Q&A, breakout rooms) are active at once. Additionally, occasional connectivity or audio/video quality issues can occur depending on participants’ internet connections, which can disrupt the flow of a meeting.
Despite these challenges, its overall functionality and ease of use still make it a valuable tool for daily communication.
