Couldn't be happier with Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
I love how lightweight it is compared to other video conferencing tools. We started using zoom during the 2020 lockdown and couldn't be happier, it was easy for our staff to pick it up and use it at such a crucial time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There hasn't been anything noteworthy of a feature we haven't liked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The obvious one was the lack of face-to-face communication during the lockdown periods we've had in New Zealand. It was then proved to the business that virtual meetings were just effective and has helped cut down on travel costs and made things happen quicker
Zoom is easy and functional!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is extremely user-friendly and I like the simple aesthetic of the design.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a Membership and Marketing Director at a golf club. We use Zoom to conduct many meetings with people outside of the state. Also, Everyone is at a different comfort level with COVID so It keeps everyone safe by having an option to use Zoom.
Zoom is alright but has some issues
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to use and that many people are familiar with the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to get in touch with a representative when you have an issue and poor customer service. I had an issue where Zoom deleted one of my links to a meeting. I lost a lot of money that evening because no one was able to log on to my class and it took a while to figure out what happened. I wasn't able to get my issue resolved promptly and no compensation was offered by zoom for the inconvenience they caused me. I would upgrade my subscription because I like the features on the other packages but because of the negative experience, I had before I will not be spending more money with Zoom than I have to. If it wasn't for the fact my clients are most familiar with Zoom,I would switch platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping families safe and providing an opportunity to connect with meeting in person is not an option.
Great Video Conferencing and Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom calls are easy to set up. The team is able to collaborate remotely, via the web and conference line. We are able to share our ideas via screen share. Video quality is on-point 99% of the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connection for video calling is not great, the backup conference line comes in handy to go around this feature. I am also not 100% certain about all the security features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving our collaboration efforts with our remote workforce. It allows us to be more productive as a team. Our team has a daily touchpoint call to get everyone on the same page.
Zoom for Business
What do you like best about the product?
The best features of zoom are the waiting room options, screen share option, and recording and chat transcript. These make it very easy for work-related meetings and documentation of what transpired during meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
the whiteboard feature is not necessary or useful for what we need
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps connect us with those unable to join us in person due to distance, other commitments, and/or illness and isolation protocols
Zoom is the fastest and easiest to use web conferencing app
What do you like best about the product?
I like the native iPhone support allowing me to connect and show
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many people at large corporations that are required to use Teams because they are Office365 users and thus won't use Zoom

Zoom ensures I can meet with people, see them, show them my software and not have to waste time on travel.
Great for virtual business meetings.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to use, allows for recordings, gives you permission to allow your guests to record, and it's nearly always clear and concise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I think Zoom is a great tool and there's not much I dislike about it.

It's allowing me to have clients anywhere in the world instead of being confined to a brick and morter.
Great Alternative when you can't meet in person
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use, and the moderation tools are helpful for managing calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
In most cases, it's so much better to be together in person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helped when we could not safely meet in person, and now it helps when it is more efficient to meet virtually rather than bear the time cost and expense of traveling.
My students already know how to use Zoom -- I can focus on teaching music.
What do you like best about the product?
All of my students and their families already use Zoom every day. Although there are other apps for teaching music, Zoom doesn't require students to set up an additional user account.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have to reset some of the defaults both in and out of the meeting to prevent Zoom from suppressing music.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a reliable platform for teaching music online has allowed me to expand the geographical range of my studio and to teach students in many locations in one day. No more running from one band hall to another. Also, no more snow days!
Great tool for my business
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and user-friendly. They have great features, like being able to add all the meetings to my google calender, and continue to add new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not anything I can think of to dislike.

Zoom is helping me to creat video content, connect with colleagues, and host problem solving sessions.
