What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use for our trainers and our customers. Recording are very easy to share after the meeting. Automatic recording expiration helps control space and costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite being right in the middle, the share button is sometimes hard for people to find. There are occasions where Zoom refuses to launch and I have to reboot my mac.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom simplifies remote training for us making it easy and cost effective to connect to our customers around the world. It's integrations with other software make it an easy choice to automatically schedule and deliver training.

Easy to use, quick results

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it easy to interact with my students. It is simple for them to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the biggest downside is having to upgrade for sessions that last 1 hour instead of 45 minutes, but that is the only negative I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a virtual meeting space that was simple for my students. Zoom records my sessions, and makes the whiteboard easy to save and share with students and parents.

Easy to use across all platforms

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom connects a mobile staff regardless of their location or device. All we need is reliable internet. The price is right for the offerings. Constant updates show that Zoom takes security seriously.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only paid accounts can administer other accounts. Some people have assistants who need to schedule on their behalf. The assistants have no need for a full-fledged paid account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work from anywhere via Zoom is the biggest problem solver.

More than a meeting platform

  • August 23, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to integrate other applications; the ability to sync meetings to your calendar and share them with others; the ability to record presentations or walkthroughs, and then download them as a video file.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost limits its use for nonprofits when there are other platforms available for free; the presentation mode lacks some features to keep the audience engaged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing our organization to continue working on a hybrid mode, and this has been very useful in a post-pandemic world. This platform allows us to engage with more participants without needing to meet in person. We have been able to conduct training with people out of state, and/or allow participants to catch up on training when their schedules did not allow them to participate live.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is so simple to use, very user friendly. I like that I can find recordings easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The webinar feature is very pricey. Sometimes it takes a while to pull all participants on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to meet with different clients from all over the world from the comfort of my bedroom! It's a miracle.

Use it daily to communicate with customers and colleagues

  • August 23, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and nearly everyone we communicate with knows what it is, has it downloaded and uses it regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a such thing as too many features and too much functionality. Keep it simple!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team is located around the world. Zoom is how we meet either one-on-one or in large groups...sometimes we just hang out together and BS with Zoom.

Zoom For The Save!

  • August 23, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a fun platform that keeps us connected, able to see each other and have fun. The virtual backgrounds and other AR features are engaging and keep people coming back for more.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to engage in substantive conversation using a digital platform such as Zoom. The depth of conversation is not there and hybrid meetings lean too much toward those physically present, which can isolate or alienate those on Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom enabled our organization to keep functioning during the pandemic. As a volunteer emergency medical service, our members already had enough exposure to COVID. Gathering everyone together for a meeting had the capability of wiping us out in one fell swoop. We were able to stay connected, stay safe, and engaged while fulfilling our fiduciary responsibilities. Likewise, members who may not otherwise be able to attend our meetings due to travel, work, or family situations were able to stay connected and engaged.

Easy to use for all skill levels

  • August 23, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The thing that's most helpful about using Zoom is that it's widely used across countries and among all age ranges and computer literacy levels. It's a pretty straightforward platform that is easy to use for children, millennials, Xers and even Baby Boomers.
What do you dislike about the product?
On Rare occasions, Zoom has had some connectivity issues, but I find this happens with much less frequency than other video conferencing providers. I don't really know what needs improvement, as my only complaint about Zoom has happened just once with an international interview with a rare disease dad in Sweden.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows our nonprofit to connect with rare disease patients, stakeholders and medical providers across the globe, at a relatively low cost and with results that are professional and easy to use almost 99% of the time.

Impeccable platform to use with groups

  • August 22, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that there is screen share and several tools to make the expeice easy and more engaging to use. The video and audio quality and chat is great. I usually use google meets but my go to choice is zoom since its so easy to generate meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitation on the time you are allowed to spend on a conference call. To be honest I cant think of anything that could be solved. There are no improvemnts that I could thinks of at this moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is a very flexible product that can be used remotely during any situation. I am more productive now that its so easy to create virtual meetings. Its now easier to come together to work on an assignment.

    Health, Wellness and Fitness

It's a must in today's remote professional and personal world!

  • August 22, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use in scheduling meetings and executing when the meeting is ready to go live. With the market penetration that Zoom has in the marketplace, it is convenient for meetings since so many people have adopted it and know it.
What do you dislike about the product?
One annoying aspect of zoom is when you have to join a meeting from your telephone and you have to write down or jot down the meeting code and passcode. Making it easier to join from the phone would be a big UX win.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of operating as a business in a remote work world. Without Zoom we couldn't function as a business. I've met all my colleagues first in Zoom and then in person.
