Zoom is a useful tool to teach online
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful of zoom is you can program the meetings in advance having acces to the ID and passcode immediately.
Compare to other tools Zoom sharing screen is easier and the audience receives a great signal directly of it.

What do you dislike about the product?
The time of a meeting is maximum 45 minutes, so you must have a premium account to get unlimited time. So, it makes to lose time since the audience must to reconnect with the same link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of inability to get connect during the pandemic time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can share my screen with other participants whether on mobile or desktop. I also like that I can minimize the app on mobile and still get other work done on my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really like the 45-minute trial. Zoom should at least make the rial version an hour as compared to their competitors. Also, it lags sometimes, especially when connected to video when I am on an unstable network. When this happens, I use an alternative video conferencing app that adjusts well for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has solved the problem of having to go through the headache of explaining a problem I am facing especially when building websites to my supervisors. I can now easily share my screen and they easily provide a solution for me. I can also watch online videos together with my colleagues.
Excellent virtual interface for churches
What do you like best about the product?
The zoom interface permits our church to host virtual events with break out group functionality. This, in partnership with the ability to record and stream the events has been helpful in reaching those whom our church serves for the variety of offerings we have.
What do you dislike about the product?
The security protocol that requires either a password or waiting room is a "necessary evil." It does become a bit inconvenient when the host is delayed. Furthermore, as we have multiple users of the account, we are frequently asked to verify the account sign-in, even though the devices used have been consistent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom permitted our church to maintain worship services and ministry events during the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. It has in turn permitted us to create a "virtual congregation" that, as we returned to in person worship, extends our reach beyond our immediate locale.

Zoom helps me have a meeting with everyone all at once, schedule them out in advance, record the meeting, share my presentation, and so much more.

What do you like best about the product?
Normally Zoom is my preferred platform to collaborate virtually, it is more intuitive and once you learn where everything is it's pretty user-friendly. I also like that I can easily access all of my meetings through the schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some of the downsides are the same downsides that any other virtual space has where collaboration feels sterile because it's behind a screen, and emotions don't transcend as they do in person. I would like if there were gifs or other ways to emote. i would also like an easier way to change sound settings when I am presenting I would like a more straightforward way to access sound sharing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the whiteboard is a good addition, I use Jamboard for work during group activities and I think the whiteboard is a good step in that direction to make the flow of meetings less cumbersome.
This is a great tool for teaching and for a face to face conference meeting.

My clients like that they can see me during the conference meeting. I teach classes on Zoom so it is important for me to be able to show my students slides etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would have been great if there was a way for Zoom to send an email to students an hour before a meeting reminding them to log in. It would be great if the email reminder had a link to the Zoom meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use! I also appreciate using whiteboard for training. Also love that it lets everyone know when the session is being recorded.
What do you dislike about the product?
That if you specifically send someone a chat/message the meeting organizer can see what you wrote even if it wasn't addressed/sent to them

With COVID we went to all remote/work from home and this allows us to stay in contact and see eachother.
Useful technology, but comparable options are available
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to get a meeting started with clients. Clients understand it and they access the links fairly quickly. The best part of Zoom is being able to generate a link quickly and send it via email or text message.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once on the platform, clients have a hard time navigating the layout. It's not user-friendly. Fewer interface options would be nice. They can improve on user interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to connect with clients quickly and with little or no obstruction to the people we are starting meetings with. The speed at which we can connect with clients is excellent.

What do you like best about the product?
Fairly easy platform to use- have used both webinar and zoom meetings options. Really enjoyed the online training sessions provided as well. I have never seen training sessions offered by Go To Meeting etc, but also have not used that platform a lot
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the screen sharing option awkward when you have a large group of people in meetings as you can not see everyone. Is there a way where the participant screens could be placed around the screen sharing part?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work from home primarily and having the option to live rurally and not have to drive to meetings is wonderful! I think I am more productive that way. Human interaction is still preferred but this is a great option to have

some netizens said they are leaking data I am not pretty sure about that, I think zoom is more secure than other applications
