I can't do my job without Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very user-friendly, it does everything I need it to do. As an online teacher/tutor, there is no tool I recommend more. Parents who are skeptical about online sessions are surprised by how effective Zoom is as an educational tool. I. LOVE. ZOOM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, Zoom is one of those rare apps that doesn't really have any downsides. It glitches every once in a while as all apps do, but I've noticed a remarkable lack of glitches since I started using Zoom a few years back. It is so intuitive, the only thing I notice is that sometimes I can't annotate on someone else's screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom frequently updates its program to fix glitches and improve things. The whiteboards use keyboard shortcuts and the new whiteboards are phenomenal. The new whiteboards make it easier to drag around drawings and even copy-paste problems, which is terrific.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to schedule calls and make changes in a regularly scheduled series of calls. I especially like the ease with which you can share screens and highlight speakers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a more automatic way to send calendar invites to participants. Otherwise, no negatives to report
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have worked via phone conferences for many years but it is much more satifying to be able to interact visually with my colleagues and share and edit materials on the screen

What do you like best about the product?
Because it is used by many organizations and individuals, it's interface is well understood by most and pretty straightforward to connect with even those not very tech savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many nested menus and some challenges with finding and using more advanced functionality especially as a host. It can be a little clunky to be a meeting host or facilitator.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with others when in person connection isn't feasible or is unnecessary. Increases efficiency for those interactions. Helps me feel more confident that I can meet needs of people in my work when remote access is needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Love that you can use for video calls, and screen sharing. So easy to schedule ahead of time and send out to all parties in the meeting. Also love the "Copy invite" feature to send out link to all parties!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! This is much easier to use on all platforms than other meeting programs we have used in the past. Would continue using Zoom in the future for all virtual meetings
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing us to be more efficient with our time. Whenever in person meetings are not necessary, hopping on Zoom saves everyone time and keeps us safe when needing to social distance as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use to create meetings (spot start or scheduling ahead of time), simply sharing the link with others to participate. It is ubiquitos so my audience is familiar with it and is comfortable using Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of Zoom, is when internet connection is poor so sound quality and video quality decline. This seems to happen more with screen sharing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Zoom solves is being able to communicate with a group or individual in a way that is more connective than just a phone call, but when in-person meetings are not possible. This is beneficial because as a team we continue to make progress and stay connected in a more efficient way than if we had to wait to be in person.

What do you like best about the product?
I started to use Zoom in 2016, at that time, Zoom still small and slow, but the price is unbeatable, since then, my small business grow with Zoom (they grow much faster than mine), and over time, my team used Zoom for more than 6 years, and they never disappoint us, from the host the small meeting, to large scale seminar, then International competition, we trust Zoom, and always reply on Zoom service. What like best are, superior service, feature pack, especially the cloud recording, of course, the user friendly price, by the way, I start to use whiteboard from Zoom, which is handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope Zoom can link to more CRM systems, so it can be an easier communication system for SMBs, I truly believe Zoom should extend its service area to SMB CRM, such as campaign management, online Ads management, etc.

they solved the key pain point for SMB owners, which is efficient and easy to use, plus affordable online communication.
Never any problems
What do you like best about the product?
People of all technical abilities can use Zoom for video conferencing. Most helpful is the reliability that it will work
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be slow to load, and I almost always have low system resources...I guess this means Zoom hogs processor speed / data. So please make it use less of system resources
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whiteboards have not been useful. Sharing screens have been very useful. Chat is very useful. I am looking forward to Zoom using less system resources
Essential for client meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to lockout and secure my meeting with clients to protect their information. The waiting room allows me to ensure no unwelcome parties attend.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the meetings to work with my CRM a bit better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My calendar is more open due to virtual meetings compared to the commute between client meetings. I can share my screen and give clients control to enter their own payment information.
The de facto standard. But, could be better.
What do you like best about the product?
The great thing about Zoom is everyone knows how to use it. Everyone has the app. It integrates well with my scheduling software, which makes it incredibly easy to schedule meetings with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quality of the video recordings is awful. I've worked and worked on improving that and it's just not great. Zoom is good for meetings. But, if you need to record your meetings, there are better alternatives. I have a podcast and I'm going to stop using Zoom to record for YouTube.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I see clients exclusively via the internet. Zoom allows me to schedule and meet with them easily and feel like it's face-to-face. This is the only way I can reach clients across the country and across the globe.

It's quick and easy to use, and even people without an account can easily participate in zoom sessions. Their pricing is fair and I appreciate the privacy & access controls they have added over time.
Plus, the audio-/video quality is surprisingly good :)

What do you dislike about the product?
Some features and settings are a little trickier / less easy to use on tablets and smart phones, so it feels like the go-to is mac/pc. It's fine for the most part, but some classes and meetings require more moving around so I'd prefer using the tablet more.
Aside from that, the main shortcoming is file sharing between desktop/laptops and mobile devices - the latter group tends to not see that a file has been shared in the chat.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily connect with clients worldwide and they have a good idea of the final audio quality in the case of directed VO sessions.
It's generally pretty stable and easy to use, so more often than not, live recording sessions will happen with zoom.
