What I find challenging about Zoom Workplace is that the abundance of features can sometimes make the platform feel overwhelming. Additionally, occasional performance hiccups or the frequency of updates can disrupt my workflow.

This benefits me by keeping everything organized in one place, reducing email overload, and making it easier to stay connected and productive with my team.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the powerful integrated features of Zoom Workplace. It integrates functions such as meetings, chat, calls, email, and scheduling into one platform, which saves me from switching between multiple applications, avoids missing background information, and achieves efficient collaboration. I can discuss through chat before and after meetings, use AI to generate meeting summaries and action items, and turn meeting insights into tasks and documents, greatly enhancing efficiency. In terms of communication and collaboration, Zoom Workplace allows seamless switching of communication modes, enabling us to quickly upgrade from text exchanges to video conferences, maintaining smooth and efficient communication. Centralized management and traceability of information also make project history information clear at a glance. In terms of productivity improvement, the integration of online collaborative documents and virtual whiteboards makes collaborative creation convenient. Additionally, the integration of task management ensures orderly progress of work. Overall, these integrated features significantly enhance my work efficiency and collaboration experience.

Although Zoom emphasizes its data security measures, some users wish to obtain more detailed and transparent information, such as the geographical location of data centers and details of encryption algorithms, to enhance their confidence in data security.
Complexity of Privacy Settings: There are numerous privacy setting options, which can be quite challenging for ordinary users to understand and configure properly. For example, settings for participant permissions in meetings and chat record privacy are complex, and the intricate setup process may lead users to avoid making adjustments due to fear of misoperation, thus failing to fully protect personal privacy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the AI summaries and live captioning during calls. It helps me not only during the meeting but after the meeting as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike having to update my Zoom right when I need to join a meeting. It is very inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me be able to focus on the meeting rather than rushing to take notes. With the record and AI meeting summary options, I no longer worry about if I didn't write something down or had dozed off for a second and missed something important.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how effortless it is to collaborate with others. The AI companion is a fantastic new addition that I find myself using every day. I also value the all-in-one simplicity, which saves me from constantly switching between different tabs and programs.

My main issue is the restricted options for customizing the workspace. I wish I could personalize it to reflect my company's branding.

Great Video Quality and Collaboration, But Lacks Integrated Ecosystem
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very good tool for video conferencing and chatting. The Audio and Video quality is generally quite strong, and it has a lot of collaboration features like break out rooms, whiteboard etc. which are excellent. It is generally better for meeting with higher no. of people, webinars etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not have its own ecosystem like Gmeet or Teams, and can feel like a standalone video conferencing tool.
Using Gmeet is usually faster and suited for smaller groups, while Zoom is good for larger groups.

We generally have a lot of company-wide meetings, and webinars with larger groups. Zoom serves for us as a smooth facilitator for all such large group meetings.

I use Zoom Workplace a lot for meetings and team chats. I like that it's a single platform for everything, including video chat, calls, messages, and document sharing. I can easily search up my documents and also store drafts. The AI support is a great add-on; it can highlight important topics and summarize the whole meeting. The initial setup was pretty easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Zoom workplace because it is easy to use and very reliable. I am using it for family meetings and office work. It supports group video calls, chat, screen sharing, reactions and also very useful for meeting scheduling. Features like recordings, calendar notification and Teamwork makes my work easier & punctual. So Zoom workplace making communication smooth, professional & enjoyable in every situation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike only one thing about Zoom Workplace, that sometimes my voice is not audible, so I have to log out and log in again. Other than, it works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps me daily in my work from home job, which solves the problem of huge office rent & helps save money. I can easily do video calls, chat, share my screen and schedule meetings via Zoom. Daily works are going smoothly by discussing things with colleagues through meetings and chat. It saves time, travelling cost and reduced stress by making work easier from anywhere.
