What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is very user-friendly and provides reliable video and audio quality even on low bandwidth. I like its smooth meeting experience, screen sharing, and recording features, which make collaboration and learning more efficient. The interface is simple, and joining meetings is quick and hassle-free. It also integrates well with other tools, making it suitable for both professional and educational use.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Zoom Workplace is that the free plan has a 40-minute time limit on group meetings, which can be restrictive. It can also consume significant system resources, sometimes causing lag on low-end devices. Additionally, occasional connectivity or audio issues can disrupt meetings, and some advanced features are locked behind paid plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves the problem of remote communication by enabling quick video meetings, screen sharing, and collaboration across different locations. It is helpful for attending meetings, online classes, and team discussions without physical presence. However, in my experience, while Zoom handles meetings well, I find Microsoft Teams more beneficial for day-to-day work because it offers better integration with tools like Office apps, chat-based collaboration, and file management in one place. Zoom is great for meetings, but Teams provides a more complete workspace for continuous productivity.
User-Friendly with Smooth Connectivity
What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom Workplace really valuable for all our virtual and hybrid meetings, internal chats, and conducting grantee interviews. I like the smooth connectivity and the ability to record meetings, which is a big plus for us. Sending calendar invites is straightforward, and I appreciate that it integrates well with Outlook for email invites. The user-friendly interface is a highlight, as everything I need is right on the screen, making it easy to navigate through tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It asks me to login so frequently and never seems to remember my password. Also, it crashes a lot on Windows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for virtual meetings and interviews. It solves connectivity issues and allows recording of meetings.
Convenient One-Place Meetings Without Being in the Same Location
What do you like best about the product?
I like the convenience of being able to meet in one place at the same time, without having to physically be in the same location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the audio seems to glitch and having to mute in order to drown out the background noise.

Zoom allows us to hold professional business meetings with the convenience of doing them remotely.
Easy Zoom Meeting Setup, Even for Non-Subscribers like me

Easy to setup zoom meeting even with people like me who are not paid subscribers
What do you dislike about the product?
The 40-minute time limit for the free version is less. It should be atleast an hour. When 40 minutes is over, the meeting gets cut off and sometimes results in business loss

Zoom helps me have online meetings with my customers from anywhere in the world. This has greatly benefitted my business

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workplace is an option to manage creativity remotely between distant employees. It is also a great option for teams who travel apart from each other. Whether you are hosting a conference, a multi-party discussion, or a class, zoom offers many solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not noticed any difficulties related to zoom that could not be experienced on other platforms. Make sure the internet connection you are using is reliable and if you are hosting a meeting, be courteous to stay in that meeting until the r d and not plan for other virtual meetings or events at the same time.

Zoom has allowed me to participate in employee enrollment programs, start up initiatives demos, and more all from the comfort of my home.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Zoom Workplace for work and class meetings as it helps me stay connected with people who are far away. I appreciate that lots of people can join which makes it very effective for large gatherings. The link-sharing feature works well for me as it simplifies inviting others to join meetings. I also enjoy that you can customize your background, which adds a personal touch to my experience. The initial setup of Zoom Workplace was very easy for me, which is a big plus.

Once you share screen, you are unable to share video streaming platforms.

Zoom Workplace helps me stay more connected with people far away, allows lots of people to join meetings, and makes sharing links and customizing backgrounds easy.
