Zoom was my hero of lockdown, and now a regular offering

What do you like best about the product?
The speed and ease of connection, the display options, the chat and screen share facilities and the many opportunities to learn more and more via the live courses Zoom offers
What do you dislike about the product?
The sound interference and high frequency feedback I get if I open two devices when I am teaching my yoga classes, even when sound is turned down on one of the devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to start teaching from my living room during Covid and have now included online classes
as well as in person classes permanently. This means I now have a convenient alternative if there are ever problems with venues, for example unexpected closures. It also means that class members can have options that were not available before.
This gives me more freedom, less travelling and preparation time, less room rental, and less expense

Business Game Changer

What do you like best about the product?
That it is easy to use and not difficult for nontechnical people to log in and get the hang of. I have been able to change the way that our company does onboarding training and getting our new hires started. We used to have to have all of our new hires travel hours on end to stay in our area for a week at a time away from their everyday life and spend a lot of money and time to do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I cannot have two zooms going at the same time. If I am doing training and then pass the baton to one of our other trainers, then I have a meeting to get on while he is training, I cannot get in because he is using my zoom account. I do not want to have all of the trainees log out and log in to a new zoom. It would make us seem unorganized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The trainees do not have to travel so far to be able to attend the required training to be able to start working with us. It has saved a lot of time for everyone. Made prepping for training a lot easier on my team and everyone can do it from the comfort of their home without having to spend any money to get the training.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can add others to my chats, I can also share my screen and show others what I am looking at or working on. It's great for collaborations and being able to stay connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any dislikes about Zoom itself. When we first started using it there was a lot of issues because SO MANY people were using it but now it seems to run great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping me stay connected to my 160+ volunteers. With Covid, we are not able to meet in person and Zoom allows all of us the opportunity to connect and work together on ideas and projects for the future.

Ideal Meeting Platform

What do you like best about the product?
There are multiple advantages to using ZOOM. Let's begin with the quality of the video and audio, both performing well and exceeding expectations assuming one has a good internet connection. The ability to control entry into meetings, who and when one can screen share, how the chat function can be utilized, and other options are beneficial to the meeting manager. Opportunities exist for users to ask questions. Various options are available for video backgrounds. Group members can be put into groups and then re-group. Managers can offer polls for the audience. Overall, the quality is excellent and multi-functions are useful. The user is given options for viewing other members of the group. Meetings can be recorded and reviewed later. The annual cost is reasonable. The software is user-friendly and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frankly, I cannot think of any downside to using ZOOM. There is more sophisticated meeting software available if you need a more robust program for your meeting needs, but ZOOM will meet the needs likely 95% of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZOOM regularly as an alternative to meeting in person. Due to the nature of our business, we have a lot of team meetings with individuals who are widely scattered making in-person meetings much more challenging. ZOOM enables us to have those meetings saving both time and money.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a great way to bridge distances between colleagues. I love sharing videos. I love that people can chat on the platform and that it's optional whether to share your video or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like it when zoom updates during a meeting. I wish there could be a warning. I also wish there was an easier way to fix any connection issues that some members can have during a meeting, maybe a message alerting the user to try another method of connecting?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
*it connects me with my customers seamlessly- this allows me to build strong customer relationships
*it's on demand accessible platform means I can start conversations rapidly which saves me time and money
*it humanizes my experience with customers so I am not just a voice on the other end of the line

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a convenient platform that most of my clients can use with ease. I love the accessibility and versatility this platform provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the security measures that are in place, limit users' ability to interact or navigate platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of meeting flexibility. Everyone can meet without having to be in the same place.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the most dependable method I have used for client meetings as well as online classes. I like that it is easy to use and there are tools for recurring meetings, polls, and screen sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Zoom has been very dependable and helpful for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom was there when sessions went virtual with COVID and it continues to be my favorite platform for online meetings and workshops. I appreciate that it keeps being improved and updated.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use, self-explanatory, and readily available. I use it several times a week. Without it I would not have been able to pivot so quickly during the pandemic. Now it has become an integral part of my online offerings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of my students have difficulty connecting, but I think it may be a user error. I do not like how the Zoom backgrounds look and are not tight to my silhouette, so I stopped using them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved every problem I had connecting with people when physical proximity was impossible. But more than that, it has opened up my business from local to GLOBAL!

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has all the features you might need in today's current world of remote meetings and conferences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom now outsources all its tech support and customer service to third parties which are not affiliated with Zoom. Every customer service experience I had with Zoom, whether it was by chat, by phone or by email was really bad. Not just bad customer service that can be occasionally received anywhere, but comically bad service that shows that the company not only does not want to help you, but that they put processes in place to ensure that you do not receive help that would cost the company money. That aside, Zoom is currently more expensive for the services offered than other comparable services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom to host and record workshops and conferences, in addition to hosting regular meetings.

ZOOM - Best medium to conduct meetings from multiple locations

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use; robust features; the ability to share your screen of host and participants.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no good way to close the rooms and have everyone enter the main room without having to wait until the room times out. You should be able to close the rooms and put everyone in the main room with a single command and no delay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Actually conducting mediations in person throughout the state.
