Zoom has been the best addition to my job!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of setting up meetings and hosting them. Zoom is so much better than just a conference call. I like to see people and make it a productive meeting. It is nice that it works across platforms and anyone can use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
My frustrations are user-oriented more than software. I like the improvements made in the software since I started using it and use it multiple times a week. I just wish everyone would put on their camera.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier to meet and not have to be in person. As a property manager hosting night meetings, I am not at home when the meeting ends compared to having to leave a building and then go home. It makes it easier to meet with vendors and board members.

Much better user experince than other conferecing solutions

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has become the de facto standard for conferencing. We would sometimes have issues with compatibility using other solutions, but Zoom just plain works, and works well. It is very easy to schedule meetings on the host side as well as guests to join.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model once you get to a certain user count could be improved. You should not be forced into a $50/user/yr price increase for features you may not need just because you hit 10 users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows our distributed workforce to easily collaborate internally and with our customer base. It helps keep travel costs down and productivity up, benefitting both us as well as our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Convenience of use. Easy to set up a last minute meeting and get everyone on board.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more screen sharing tools, similar to Microsoft teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the issue of distance. I run a non-profit with employees already across the county. Nice to have us all together.

Invaluable Collaboration Tool for Business and Family!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use of zoom and how even my 92 year old grandpa can use it to stay connected with us each week.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the downloadable app has different quality compare to joining via browser. Also don't like that the control screen function doesn't appear when users are using a google chromebook to join the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easier to stay connected with business clients and family on a regular basis.

What do you like best about the product?
Commununicating with people all over the country online vs having to travel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Remembering to select the option that allows others to share their screens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's so much easier to Zoom with someone vs having to travel. This saves time, but also money.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has helped us to continue our business during COVID by providing a safe, secure, platform for support group meetings, staff supervision and inter-organizational collaborations
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the platform can be cumbersome to use (for example, a sign-in from one of my users prompted a security confirmation, despite having used that device before, and we were not able to receive the email to move forward, because it was outside of business hours for the email adressee)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has expanded access to our service, allowing us to provide far more people with our programs

Zoom as Replacement for Legacy Alternatives

What do you like best about the product?
I replaced our old video and phone conferencing system with Zoom, with the objections of almost the entire company.

Within weeks, all objections were gone. Everyone found it preferable, with a simple learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really find many downsides to zoom. It works better than other video-conferencing software I have used in the past. Pricing for some features can be steep, I suppose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use zoom for webinars, demos, internal meetings, chat, and more. It has become our primary communication solution. The best part is the quick ramp-up with potential clients or new employees.

Invaluable Tool for Remote Business

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy and reliable. We depend on it for our team's communications since we are in 4 different states.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the mobile app, it's hard to see or change my user name, and it's not easy to mute or unmute, turn camera on and off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often say "we were Zoom before Zoom was cool." Even before the pandemic, my nationwide team relied on Zoom for meetings with each other and clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very easy to use and has become a critical part of our everyday use. Zoom continuously makes super relevant updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many downsides to the zoom platform other than the pricing and recent changes about what is available in each membership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that I can quickly and efficiently hold meetings of all sizes. At this point, everyone is very familiar with zoom and can quickly hop on a meeting when needed.

Zoom Helps Me Connect with Authors and Readers alike

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of sharing a zoom chat on FB live. I am able to easily share a link with authors and readers and host online book chats. To add, as a literary agent, I am able to easily schedule meetings with clients ---with or without video--- it is SO easy to send invitations either online through my professional facebook or to a personal email and it ALWAYS helps me keep track of time zones.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the pricing was in Canadian dollars. I do find it a bit pricey for someone who is in another country as I have to absorb the exchange rate. But I do feel it valuable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the pandemic a lot of book events moved virtual, I was concerned but Zoom was the best business investment I made in 2020 and it continues to be awesome for me.
