For webinars and video meetings, Zoom is an outstanding and flexible solution
What do you like best about the product?
Breakout rooms are an outstanding feature in Zoom. Screen sharing is possible in each room so you can have meaningful breakout sessions facilitating collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to have parts of a meeting in Webinar format and then switch to the Meeting format for collaborative sessions. Right now you must choose one or the other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are conducting our training for a region that has a 5 hour distance between all involved parties in one session instead of multiple localized sessions or having significant travel for participants.
When you can't be in the room, be in the Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to test everything before joining the meeting. Being able to easily switch between video and audio sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was quicker to leave a meeting. When I click leave/end, I shouldn't have to click again. Super awkward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple and quick meetings without needing to drive across town. Recording those meetings for archiving purposes.
Can we just do phone calls again?
What do you like best about the product?
It's often nice to see who you're meeting, and it's great to share a screen when covering visual/technical details. Recording is especially useful. And this platform doesn't crash (so far).
What do you dislike about the product?
Somehow, a lot of meetings now default to Zoom... this is more culture than technology: why are we all using this tool now? So many Zoom meetings can be phone calls, if not emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is efficient -- showing up anywhere without traveling and including some non-verbal communication. So, it's productive, especially in saving time and money.
Zoom Has Saved Time
What do you like best about the product?
Share screen is my favourite feature. It is great for collaborating with my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the video had a function to zoom in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves me tons of time. I can review design plans and product recommendations with clients quickly and easily without having to make a site visit. I also use Zoom for my Discovery Calls with new clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom replaced GoToMeeting.com for us. It was about 1/3 of the cost with all the same features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a strange issue with my camera (probably unique to me) that I have to unplug it when I first fire up Zoom. Once Zoom launches, I can plug it back in and it works fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great tool to use for having initial client meetings, and for training them on how to use their new website.
Seamless, no-hassle video meetings
What do you like best about the product?
The upside of Zoom compared to a lot of video conferencing tools is that it works seamlessly on my laptop (a Mac) and my iphone. I also like the ability to use Pexels backgrounds.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything I dislike about Zoom.

Meeting with far-away clients and developing online workshops for clients.
Best video conferencing platform
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the easiest video conferencing platform to use and the most reliable for uninterrupted conferencing. The interface is user intuitive and it has numerous features that make it appropriate for a variety of use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom has introduced a number of third-party apps for the service. These offer advanced utilities for the user but are not always clear how to make the most use of these apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it possible for me to work remotely while still completing the work I formerly had to be in the office or travel to complete. The features make meetings even more efficient than they would be if held face-to-face.
User friendly and low cost
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to use - functions are intuitive. Lots of ways to connect people through video, audio, chat, and recording.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can get difficult if attendees are trying to talk at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows for my team to meet together and see faces of one another while spread out across the country. It's time and money efficient to be able to discuss business details, record our discussion for future reference, and get right back to our jobs afterward.
Exceptional Audio and Video Quality
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is more than just a web conference platform for our organization. We record client calls to ensure we have all requirements, we provide webinars for training, and we record podcast interviews with the platform. The advanced settings of Zoom even enable us to slice each voice individually for background noise edits. The platform has been rock-solid and the integration to both Google Workspace and Calendly has been exceptional so that our invitations are automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's only one behavior that consistently bothers me from a user experience. When another attendee shares their screen or application, my view goes to a full-screen view despite my setting to open Zoom in a regular window. I wish this could be fixed as I'm often watching a presentation while also taking notes or reviewing information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Audio and video quality. One platform for recording, sharing, and meeting with our clients and interviewees. It's much more efficient to have a single platform rather than be swapping back and forth between paid applications.

The ease of use. The automatic updates.

I don't dislike anything. Everything works great. Not at all no complaints to date. Maybe not having to change password so often. I think it's great as is.

I love that I can also have on my phone when traveling. It's great to always be able to be connected. I'm much more productive using zoom. I honestly do not know.
